Focus areas:

  1. Bringing Flexibility
  2. Indulging into good habits. Good is nothing but the ‘better’ at any given moment. Let seeking better option become a habit.
  3. Practice Titiksha – How much glory you can accept? How much duality can you face? How much rejection can you bear?
  4. Lots and lots of Meditation- Enjoying with ultimate one
  5. Goal is to become a Yogi
  6. We are not ordinary. Human birth is a special opportunity
  7. All actions only for saying thanks to Supreme Lord. Lots of them. Om
  8. Expect the unexpected in worldly matters. Counter it with stability in spiritual matters.
  9. Getting over with all worldly emotional attachments. Reroute them via Him.
  10. Stop pressurizing yourself to remain silent simply because the other person may feel bad. Be tolerant, be polite, but also assertive. Do not silence the inner voice at any cost.

  1. Need clarification :
All actions only for saying thanks to Supreme Lord.
~Action to be considered as worship, understood. It may be possible that we should thank God as (S)He gives opportunity to act for expressing our inner abilities, to earn money, to feed family, to donate so on & so forth.

Stop pressurising yourself to remain silent simply because the other person may feel bad. Be tolerant, be polite, but also assertive. Do not silence the inner voice at any cost.
~ How to understand it is the voice of God. We may sometime feel angry when someone tells something bad about us. We immediately react, quarrels and after sometime we repent that it was not good behaviour. We can be nice to that people.

    • 1. You can consider God as She or He. Doesn’t matter. Thank Her or Him for all He has bestowed upon you including opportunities.
      2. Refer our articles Ishopanishad on Inner Voice vs Instincts. Inner Voice is long term, acts to enhance wisdom and clarity of thoughts, and does not violate the basic pillars of Yoga – non-hatred, pursuit of truth, self-control, greater good for everyone, humility, selflessness etc. By meditation and practice, this voice becomes louder and louder.

  2. Dear Agniveerji,
