SSUN has been instrumental in forcing government and universities to remove controversial material denigrating historical role models and Vedas. I think, it is of paramount importance that we Indians give up studying in English and start schools, colleges and universities that teach all the topics (be it Science, Engineering, technology or social sciences) in the regional languages of India like: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malyalam, Punjabi, Odiya, Kannada, Assami, etc.
Language in fact defines the expression of the emotions of a civilization which can never be truly translated into any other language other than the native language.
A recent book written by Shri Rajiv Malhotra ji, “Being Different” clearly describes the inherent difference in the Abrahamic and the Dharmic traditions (Link: http://beingdifferentbook.com/)
But, to be able to make the education in our languages relevant, we need to have people who can take the initiative to build companies and institutions where the work is also done in the native language only, so that people who pass out of universities teaching in the regional languages can rightfully find jobs of their interests also.
For Example: All the Far-East Asian countries (like Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, China, Japan) speak and work in their own language. Even the study of Modern Technology and Sciences is done in their own language. And any book that gets published anywhere in the world gets translated to their languages in less than a month if not weeks!!! That is because they have strong translation agencies built and supported by their respective governments. It is also an important point to note here that, their translation is not just blind transliteration of words, but detail analysis is done as to how the word as expressed in the foreign language can be equivalently expressed in a similar emotion of the native language. Only in the worst case if there is no such equivalent emotion existing in the native language is the new foreign word then adopted into their language.

For this, we need to work hard to make companies and other such organizations/institutes which have all the work going on in the regional language and can also pay the employees and themselves make profits as well. A whole new environment has to be created for this to happen because, I think it is the birth-right of every individual in this world to speak and work in his/her mother tongue.
These systems can only evolve over a period of time. However having Primary Education in mother-tongue is a natural and essential first step.

‘थ्री हंडरेड रामायण’ (300 Ramayan) बनाम ‘रंगीला रसूल’
मीडिया में विशेषकर अंग्रेजी मीडिया में रामानुजम द्वारा लिखित ‘थ्री हंडरेड रामायण’ नामक एक लेख की विशेष चर्चा जोरों पर हैं. कारण है कि दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के इतिहास के प्रोफेसर एवं अन्य अनेक बुद्धिजीवी केवल रामायण के भिन्न कथन (Many Ramayan) पढ़ाने की जिद कर रहे हैं? रामानुजम नामक एक प्रोफेसर जो न संस्कृत के विद्वान थे और न ही इतिहासकार थे ने रामायण के बारे में सुनी-सुनाई बातों पर ‘थ्री हंडरेड रामायण’ नामक एक लेख लिखा था जिसे ऑक्सफोर्ड विश्वविद्यालय प्रेस ने प्रकाशित किया था और जिसे दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के पाठ्यकर्म में शामिल किया गया था. सदियों से रामायण महाग्रंथ के माध्यम से हिन्दू समाज के पुरोधा मर्यादापुरुषोत्तम रामचंद्र जी महाराज का जीवन संपूर्ण विश्व को बुराई पर अच्छाई की जीत, पिता के आदेश का सम्मान,भाइयों में आपसी प्रेम और त्याग का उदहारण प्रकट कर समाज को उचित मार्ग पर चलने की प्रेरणा देता आ रहा हैं. यही कारण हैं की रामायण की प्रसिद्धि भारतभर में ही नहीं अपितु विश्व के प्रत्येक देश में हैं. भारत के बाहर जावा सुमात्रा, मलेशिया, थाईलैंड , श्री लंका आदि देशों में तो भारत के समान रामलीला का आयोजन हर वर्ष विशेष रूप से स्थानीय निवासियों द्वारा ही किया जाता हैं.
रामायण इतनी ज्यादा प्राचीन हैं की समय समय पर उसमें कई परिवर्तन होते रहे.वाल्मीकि रामायण का आज जो स्वरुप विद्यमान हैं वह पहले ऐसा नहीं था. जैसे उत्तर रामायण में तो सीता की अग्नि परीक्षा आदि को स्वयं अनेकों विद्वानों ने प्रक्षिप्त माना हैं.
रामायण में परिवर्तन के पीछे एक कुत्सित उद्देश्य था वह था श्री राम चन्द्र जी महाराज के पावन चरित्र को मलिन करना जिससे की वे हिंदुयों के आदर्श न रहे और विधर्मियों को हिंदुयों को अपने मत में शामिल करने का सुयोग्य अवसर मिल जाये.
ऐसा प्रयास कुछ अज्ञानी पंडितों से लेकर चार्वाक, वाम मार्गियों, बुद्ध और जैन मत को मानने वालों द्वारा विशेष रूप से किये गए थे. जैसे वाममार्ग को मानने वालों ने रामायण में अनेक प्रसंगों को मिला दिया जिसमे श्री रामचंद्र जी महाराज को मांसाहारी दिखाया गया था जबकि वाल्मीकि रामायण में ही अनेक प्रसंग मांस भक्षण और जीव हत्या के विरुद्ध मिलते हैं.

ऐसा ही एक प्रयास शम्बूक को लेकर किया गया जिसमे यह दिखाया गया की एक तपस्वी शुद्र की हत्या श्री रामचंद्र जी महाराज द्वारा हुई जोकि अत्याचार था. इस असत्य और घटना को आज अपने आपको दलित विशेष कहने वाले वर्ग द्वारा बार बार उछाल कर श्री राम चन्द्र जी महाराज को बदनाम किया जाता हैं.
चारों वेदों के ज्ञाता श्री राम वेदानुयाई थे , वेद में स्पष्ट रूप से शुद्र जन्म से नहीं अपितु गुणों से रहित व्यक्ति को कहा गया हैं और शुद्र को वेद पड़ने का पूरा अधिकार भी दिया गया हैं .इसलिए शम्बूक का वध एक काल्पनिक घटना के अलावा ओर कुछ भी नहीं हैं.कालांतर में रामायण में अनेक परिवर्तन हुए जैसे तमिलनाडु में करीब ७०० वर्ष पूर्व रचित कम्ब रामायण में श्री राम को मांसाहारी बताया गया हैं.
मांसाहार का पूरजोर समर्थन करने वाले विशेष रूप से इस्लाम को मानने वाले कम्ब रामायण के आधार पर मांसाहार का समर्थन करते हैं.
आगे श्री लंका और आंध्र प्रदेश में पाने वाले परिवर्तित संस्करणों में दर्शाया गया की सीता रावण की बेटी थी. ऐसा लिखने का एक ही मंतव्य हमारे समझ में आता हैं श्री राम ने अपने ही ससुर पर बेवजह आक्रमण कर शांति प्रिय असुर जाति की राजधानी श्री लंका को तबाह कर दिया. यह एक दलित राजा पर आर्य आक्रमण का प्रमाण हैं. आर्य द्रविड़ युद्ध का आज तक कोई प्रमाण नहीं मिला हैं. इस तथाकथित परिवर्तन के कितने दुष्परिणाम हो सकते हैं पाठक स्वयं समझ गए होगे.
एक ओर परिवर्तन जो अत्यंत चिंताजनक हैं हमारे प्रकाश में आया हैं वह हैं की श्री राम के छोटे भाई लक्ष्मण की सीता पर कुदृष्टि थी. सबसे पहले तो यह हमारे आदर्श चरित्रों को बदनाम करने का एक कुत्सित प्रयास हैं दुसरे स्वछंद सम्बन्ध को आधुनिकता के नाम पर समर्थन करने वालों को एक ओर बहाना ओर मिल जायेगा की जब रामायण समर्थन करती हैं तो फिर आप कौन हैं बीच में आक्षेप करने वाले जैसे वाममार्ग द्वारा रचित कामसूत्र और खजुराओ के मंदिरों को हिन्दू धर्म के प्रतीक कह कर विदेशी मीडिया खासा बदनाम करता रहा हैं जबकि उससे पूर्व रचित वेद के संयम और ब्रहमचर्य के सन्देश की अवहेलना करना उसके लिए आम बात हैं.सत्य यह हैं की जब वन में भटकते हुए श्री राम को हनुमान और सुग्रीव द्वारा सीता माता की चूरामणि दी गयी तो श्री राम ने उन्हें पहचान लिया जबकि लक्ष्मण उसे न पहचान पाए क्यूंकि वे बोले में तो केवल सीता माता के पैरों में पहनने वाले आभूषणों को…
पहचानता हूँ जिन्हें मैं हर रोज प्रात: काल उनके चरण स्पर्श करते हुए देखता था मैंने कभी उनके मुख की तरफ नहीं देखा. ऐसा महान आदर्श हमारे पूर्वजों ने स्थापित किया थे जो की विश्व की किसी भी मत- मतान्तर में पढने को नहीं मिलते. फिर लक्ष्मण की सीता माता पर कुदृष्टि थी ऐसा लिखने वाले कितने बड़े पापी और अज्ञानी हैं.
रामानुजन नामक तथाकथित वामपंथी प्रोफेसर ने इस प्रकार के जितने भी असत्य परिवर्तन थे उनको एकत्र कर एक लेख के रूप में लिखा था जिसे हम ‘थ्री हंडरेड रामायण’ के नाम से जानते हैं.रामानुजम के शब्दों में केवल विचित्र, अपमानजनक शब्दों में ‘धक्का पहुंचाने वाली’ टिप्पणिया इस लेख में एकत्र की गई हैं।
इस लेख में रामायण के सम्बन्ध में ऐसे निरर्थक और भ्रामक विचार लिखे गए थे की इसलिए विश्व विद्यालय ने अपील करने पर धार्मिक भावनायों का सम्मान करते हुए उसे अपने पाठ्यक्रम से हाथ दिया . विश्व विद्यालय के इस उचित कदम के विरुद्ध तथाकथित वामपंथी और मुस्लिम- ईसाई इतिहासकारों ने शोर मचा कर उसे विचारों की अभिव्यक्ति पर लगाम, साहित्य सृजन की स्वतंत्रता में रुकावट आदि आदि बहाने बनाकर उसे दोबारा से पाठ्य क्रम में लगाने के लिए शोर मचा रहे हैं जो की एक प्रकार से दुराग्रह के अलावा कुछ भी नहीं हैं.
हमारा तथाकथित हिन्दू विरोधी लाबी से कुछ प्रश्न हैं. अगर साहित्य की रक्षा इतनी हे आवश्यक हैं जिसमे साहित्य किस कोटि का हैं इस तथ्य को भी नाकारा जा सकता हैं अथवा उसका उद्देश्य क्या हैं उसकी भी नाकारा जा सकता हैं तब तो इस्लाम और ईसाइयत के विषय में भी विभिन्न साहित्य की रचना हुई हैं जो इस्लाम और ईसाइयत के विभिन्न दृष्टीकौनों को समझने का प्रयास मात्र हैं उन्हें भी प्रचारित किया जाना चाहिए .
जैसे शुरुआत आज़ादी से पहले खासी चर्चा में रही और धर्म वीर महाशय राजपाल के शहीद होने का कारण बनी पुस्तक रंगीला रसूल (Rangila Rasool)को भी इस्लाम को समझने की दृष्टी में दिल्ली विश्व विद्यालय के पाठ्यक्रम में लगाया जाये तो साहित्य के प्रचार प्रसार में उसे क्रान्तिकारी कदम माना जायेगा .
मुस्लिम जगत के नेता और अलीगढ मुस्लिम विश्व विद्यालय की स्थापना करने वाले सर सय्यद अहमद खान द्वारा कुरान का नवीन भाष्य किया गया था जिसके विरुद्ध अरब तक से उनके विरुद्ध फतवे दिए गए थे उसे भी पाठ्क्रम में लगाया जाये तो उचित कदम कहा जायेगा.

इस्लाम के मूर्धन्य विद्वान पंडित चमूपति द्वारा रचित चौदहवी का चाँद, वैदिक स्वर्ग और पंडित गंगा प्रसाद द्वारा रचित इस्लाम के दीपक भी पाठ्क्रम में लगाया जाये तो उचित कदम कहा जायेगा.
पाकिस्तान में ही जन्मे और इस्लाम के विद्वान डॉ गुलाम जिलानी द्वारा रचित दो इस्लाम अर्थात (Dual Islam) को भी इसी श्रेणी में रखा जा सकता हैं जिसके अनुसार कुरान में वर्णित इस्लाम हदीसों से अलग हैं.
विश्व प्रसिद्द लेखक सलमान रश्दी द्वारा रचित सतानिक वेर्सेस (satanic verses) और बंगलादेशी लेखिका तसलीमा नसरीन इन दोनों के विरुद्ध भी अनेक फतवे इस्लाम को मानने वालों ने दिए हैं को भी इस्लाम को समझने की दृष्टी में दिल्ली विश्व विद्यालय के पाठ्यक्रम में लगाया जाये तो साहित्य के प्रचार प्रसार में उसे क्रान्तिकारी कदम माना जायेगा.
ईसाई समाज द्वारा नकार दी गयी डान ब्राउन (Dan brown) द्वारा रचित ‘द डी विन्सी कोड’ (The Di Vinci Code) पर भी हमारा यही विचार हैं.
इन सभी पुस्तकों और इन जैसी कई पुस्तकों के नाम देने का उद्देश्य उस दोहरे मापदंड को दर्शाना हैं जो हिन्दू समाज के विरुद्ध वामपंथी बुद्धिजीवी? वर्ग अपनाये हुए हैं की हिन्दुओं के विरुद्ध तो किसी भी प्रकार का कुत्स साहित्य विचारों की अभिव्यक्ति की श्रेणी में आता हैं जबकि ईसाई और इस्लाम मत के सम्बन्ध में लिखा गया कोई भी साहित्य अल्पसंख्यकों के अधिकारों का दमन करने वाले और उनके विरोद्धी दक्षिणपंथी विचारधाराओं का उन्हें दबाने का प्रयास हैं.पहले भी ऐसे प्रयास सीता सिंग्स तरहे ब्लुएस (Sita Sings The Blues) के माध्यम से हो चुके हैं.
अथवा आर्य द्रविड़ की घटिया राजनीती करने वाले तमिल नाडू के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री करूणानिधि द्वारा भी श्री राम को रामसेतु मुद्दे पर काल्पनिक बताना अत्यंत खेदजनक था.
मकबूल फ़िदा हुसैन द्वारा बनाई गई पेंटिंग्स भी इसी श्रेणी में आती हैं क्यूंकि केवल हिन्दू देवी देवताओं के अश्लील चित्र बना कर उसे विचारों की अभिव्यक्ति कहना दोगली नीति हैं. हुसैन की इतनी हिम्मत कभी नहीं हुई की इस्लाम अथवा ईसाइयत से सम्बंधित किसी की भी ऐसी पेंटिंग्स बना सके पर सबसे बड़ी विडम्बना यही रही की उनके मरने के बाद वामपंथी जब घरियाली आंसू बहाने लगे तो मीडिया ने हुसैन के भगोड़े होने की काले पानी की सजा से तुलना करी थी.

Need of the hour! In the era of mushrooming schools, an absolute need of Vedic Mathematics, Vedic Education that makes the Indian true to his backbone is never required more than now. Idea of Rigveda mantra 1/176/4 – The king should punish the people who are against humanity, like the learned who showers happiness on everyone, similarly king and everyone should try to give pleasure to others at their level best.
