Citing Quran and Islamic Hadiths’ translations, Islamic clerics all over the globe say that it’s lawful for Islamic Jihadi terrorists to sexually enslave war captive women.
Those shouting “ISIS & terror has nothing to do with Islam” on top of their voice are hereby challenged to prove so by showing how ISIS and other terrorist groups are not following Islam when they make sex slaves out of women prisoners of war.
Permissible to have sex with a female captive
Sahih Muslim, 8:3432 –
Abu Sa’id al-Khudri (Allah her pleased with him) reported that
At the Battle of Hanain Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) sent an army to Autas and encountered the enemy and fought with them. Having overcome them and taken them captives, the Companions of Allah’s Messenger (may peace te upon him) seemed to refrain from having intercourse with captive women because of their husbands being polytheists. Then Allah, Most High, sent down regarding that:
‘And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess (iv. 24)” (i. e. they were lawful for them when their ‘Idda period came to an end)'”
Comment: Islam-means-peace brigade needs to explain that why is it so important to prevent Islam’s defamation after every terror attack and rape? And why is it not a priority for you to condemn and ban the translations of Quran and Hadiths encouraging terrorists to kill and rape in name of Islam?
Quran 4:24 –
And [also prohibited to you are all] married women except those your right hands possess. [This is] the decree of Allah upon you. And lawful to you are [all others] beyond these, [provided] that you seek them [in marriage] with [gifts from] your property, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse. So for whatever you enjoy [of marriage] from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.
Comment: It’s clear what is the source of that which propels ISIS Jihadis to distribute and trade captured Yezidi women as sex-slaves among fighters.
Quran 33:50 –
O Prophet, indeed We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their due compensation and those your right hand possesses from what Allah has returned to you [of captives] and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who emigrated with you and a believing woman if she gives herself to the Prophet [and] if the Prophet wishes to marry her, [this is] only for you, excluding the [other] believers. We certainly know what We have made obligatory upon them concerning their wives and those their right hands possess, [but this is for you] in order that there will be upon you no discomfort. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.
Comment: Painting the Prophet demeans Islam, and Islamic translations describing him as a sex-maniac does not ?!
Sahih Bukhari V5,B59,H512 –
Battle of Khaibar
The Prophet (PBUH) offered the Fajr Prayer near Khaibar when it was still dark and then said, “Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is destroyed, for whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning for those who have been warned.” Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet (PBUH) had their warriors killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives, She first came in the share of Dahya Alkali but later on she belonged to the Prophet . The Prophet (PBUH) made her manumission as her ‘Mahr’.
Comment: Islam lovers get so much offended when there is some cartoonic depiction of Prophet, all because it is forbidden in Islam. Slightest of jibe against Prophet is taken as personal insult by Muslim Community.
Why does this not anger you then? Why is it that existence of scriptural sanctity to something as shameful as sex slavery of war captives does not make you feel insulted? Or do you feel that there’s nothing wrong with this inhumane practice?
Sahih Bukhari Vol. 2, Book 14, Hadith 68
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Messenger (p.b.u.h) offered the Fajr prayer when it was still dark, then he rode and said, ‘Allah Akbar! Khaibar is ruined. When we approach near to a nation, the most unfortunate is the morning of those who have been warned.” The people came out into the streets saying, “Muhammad and his army.” Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) vanquished them by force and their warriors were killed; the children and women were taken as captives. Safiya was taken by Dihya Al-Kalbi and later she belonged to Allah’s Apostle go who married her and her Mahr was her manumission.
Comment: Muslims who get so offended at depiction of Prophet’s cartoons and who do not get equally offended at presence of such perverted views against women in the name of Islamic scriptures, can only be seen as supportive of this ghastly criminal sin of sex- slavery!
Challenge to ‘Islam-means-peace’ group (both from among Muslim community and the self-proclaimed ‘liberal’ brigade):
1. Show how the above verses from authentic Islamic sources encourage Islam followers to strive for world peace.
2. Prove that the only available translation of Islamic literature all over the globe and on internet are promoting social harmony among different ideological groups through the above mentioned verses.
3. Make us understand how presence of such pro-feminist(!) Islamic verses are increasing respect for women, especially in regions with high number of gender-rights issues, where Islamic literature and Sharia law rules supreme.
4. Explain why this is not a priority for the majority among you who claim to be champions of women-rights, to demand for condemnation of these verses, and ban on translations of Islamic literature, which are encouraging Jihadis all over to make the world a hell for women?
5. Until you can explain your escapism, you will be seen as merely a horde of cowards who are running away from speaking about source of gender issues because of fear of Jihadis’ attacks.
