It is possible that this post is based on the translations and commentaries of Islamic texts like Quran, Hadiths etc. as published by all major Islamic publishing sources. These are the publicly available translations that are used for promotion of Islam by prominent representatives.

Wherever we critically evaluate Muhammad, we imply the fictitious Muhammad propagated by these false texts or their wrong translations and not the original Muhammad. We have high regard for original Muhammad who stood for non-violence and tolerance. Similarly, when we analyze Islamic texts, we refer to these questionable translations/versions and NOT original texts.

Further, we have a sense of the highest level of brotherhood for Muslims in general. Wherever we use the word Muslim in a critical manner, it refers to false representatives of Islam and not Muslims in general. Readers are requested to keep this in mind to understand the correct perspective of such posts on this website.

Nowhere should they assume the words like Islam, Quran, Prophet etc. to be referring to original noble entities, unless it has been referred in a positive light. We restrict ourselves only to notions prevalent in minds of fanatics and those without reason.

Agniveer Peace Foundation is organizing a special event in Haridwar in last week of December (Dec 23 to Dec 30, 2011) on occasion of martyrdom of legendary Swami Shradhanand who was the father of Shuddhi movement that brought millions back to Vedic aka Hindu fold. To pay our homage to this great personality, we are organizing a special program of Shuddhi (purification) Yajna for those who belong(ed) to Semitic cults like Christianity and Islam.

    Spirituality of India is different from the religion of the West and middle East. Indian spirituality contributed for peaceful change from inside, remembering and reminding that there exist a divine power internally and externally, in you and in me.Indian spirituality informs and reminds us that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction to be experienced by the actor, (either today or tomorrow)

  3. All the converts generally know to which caste they belonged to earlier before converting to Christianity or Islam. Hence, on practical grounds they get joined to their earlier castes in Hindu society. But this is only on practical level. Because there are many things which makes them to approach their caste people until Hindus get rid fo the caste system. But given the circumstances obtaining this is a tall order. I request that their caste organisations shoud admit their reenty honorably and formalise relationships. This is what happened when Malkan Rajputs embraced Hinduism and Rajput Sabha welcomed these men on equal terms. This is ideal for the present. I think the reconvertess should not think of caste after their return to Hindu society ideallly. They are Aryas and if you want to have new term to them they could be called as Neo Aryas. But such classifications may not be good

    • ये सब लोग मनुष्य जाति के थे और मनुष्य ही रहेंगे. वर्ण तो स्वयं के वरण की होती है, इसमें किसी और के हस्तक्षेप की गुंजाईश नहीं है. शुद्धि तो मात्र एक स्मृति-प्रतीक है सत्यान्वेषी होने के संकल्प का. बाहरी चिन्हों व पट्टों से इसका कोई सरोकार नहीं हैं. Let there be n confusion. These people will remain humans. You and me cannot change their species. (Jaati). And what profession they choose (varna) is their choice. Shuddhi is merely a reminder of the resolve to accept truth and reject falsehood every monent. This has nothing to do with any outer sign or signboard (namely caste, sub-caste, religion, surname etc).

        1. Hinduism theology does not believe in Quranic philosophy which does insult of Allah by supporting the idea that Allah was sitting idly before this universe creation.
        2. Hinduism or Aryan theology which is based on Veda does not support idea of reciting/remember any human in Allah’s prayers. But As per Hinduism one should recite or remember only to Allah.
        3. Hinduism theology does not support idea of bowing before stones like Kaba stones or other all stones. It is all against Veda.
        4. As per Hinduism philosophy prophets were highly enlightened soul who were not engage in any immoral act like having sex with a child, sex with his own’s daughter/daughter in law, sex with the women one’s mother age, sex with slaves women, or made slaves to women.
        5. As per Hinduism Allah never creates Shaitan to misguide the people. But as per Hinduism philosophy Allah is sinless who have never done any sin like creating to Shaitan.
        6. As per Hinduism Allah never depends on prophets to impart knowledge.
        7. As per Hinduism divine book can not be corrupted by any human being. So, Islamic idea that Allah’s earlier revelation have been corrupted by the people is wrong. And even to think this is greatest insult of Allah.
        8. As per Hinduism Allah is not limited or confined to some sky or space.
        9. As per Hinduism Man/Woman rights are equal. There is no partiality have been done by Allah. So, polygamy is greatest insult of women. Hinduism is against it or never support the idea. Hinduism support monogamy for the both man & woman. This is equality/ impartiality supported by Hinduism.
        10. As per Hinduism belief Allah is unchangeable, eternal & its nature also unchangeable or eternal. So, creating the universe is Allah’s eternal & unchangeable nature. So, this creation is not first & last creation of Allah & even to think this is greatest insult of Allah.

        Bravo! Reading your post provides me with MORE reinforcement of why I am a Hindu.

        I will add one more point to TS’s list:

        (11)In Hinduism, Allah hasnt already written everybody’s fate in a book called Lohe Mehfooz. For if he has already done so, free will goes for a toss. Once free will is tossed out, all evil in the world is a creation of Allah for humans dont have free will. Since Allah created evil, he is not omnibenevolent.

        Hinduism’s Allah is always on the lookout for us. He is pained to witness us souls’ go through cycles of birth and death as human bodies. He is the efficient cause of every cycle of creation for his only concern is that we find ourselves of the same essence as he is – Sat [existence] Chit [Consciousness] Ananda [Bliss]. Out of supreme love for us souls he initiates another cycle of creation and will continue to do so. He never tires of this.

        Thought of one more point.

        (12)In Hinduism, Allah doesnt create confusion in the minds of us souls. How? In Hinduism, Allah has infinite life forms [more compatible with evolution as per my thoughts] at the beginning of each creation. So, with this, us humans dont need to worry about concepts like incest, etc.

        If Allah created just two humans at the beginning, Prophet Adam [PBUH] and Prophetess Eve [PBUHer] and if they produced Prophet Cain [PBUH?] and Prophet Abel [PBUH?], who did Prophet Cain and Prophet Abel have children with? If incest was okay then, is it okay now? If not, why not? Why all these changing rules from time to time? 🙁

        Such confusion need not come into the minds of followers of Hinduism’s Allah.

        In short, Hinduism’s Allah seems to be more in line with today’s sense of morality and science.

        Brother i too will add some points and let Mr.Tarik and others get understand about the greatness of Indian Culture.
        1. Indians knew that the knowledge required for human beings cannot be confined to one book. Hence our forefathers presented the knowledge required in 1280 foundation dharmic literature + 10,000 Sanskrit commentaries + 1,00,000 sub commentaries in regional languages.
        2. We have never declared that one book can give all the final knowledge for human beings.
        3. We always advocated taking the knowledge from anywhere and everywhere.
        4. Integration science and spirituality.
        5. Integration of every branch of the knowledge with spirituality.
        6. We never argued that only one man can give you salvation. We know that sins cannot be transferred to somebody.
        7. We never argued that only one book will protect you from all Sins.
        8. We never said only through this or that pathway you are going to reach god / heaven.
        9. We never said ours is the only correct pathway.
        10. We never said all those who follow other path ways will perish.
        11. We gave permission to accept any pathway of life.
        12. We gave permission to add more/new knowledge to the existing knowledge in your own way.
        13. We never advocated following anything blindly.
        14. Critical analyses through saastram pramaanam, aapta vaakyam pramaanam, prathyksham pramaanam and anumaanam pramanam are suggested.
        15. We were never god fearing people, we were god loving (bhaktas) people.
        16. We never considered human beings as sinners.
        17. We gave permission to accept and reject any method or every method of worship.
        18. We also have no objection on somebody becoming an atheist. We considered atheists also Rushies. Science and spirituality went hand in hand here.
        19. We prayed for the well being of one and all including those who are following other pathways.
        20. We had different level of understanding the nature and divine power because the concept of god is different at different levels.

        22. The plants and animals were given the divine status. Earth, Sun, air, water and all those are considered with divine respect.
        23. We never became agents for making more followers for our gods.
        24. We prayed directly to god and never through brokers.
        25. Our customs and rituals are not for pleasing gods but for fetching psychological, physiological, family based , social and national benefits.
        26. We always considered the men and women have the same great role and hence our Indian gods are always present with goddesses as given in trimoorthy sankalpa.
        27. We never said those who are obeying god only will be protected and those who are not obeying our god will be punished.
        28. Indian gods never cursed anybody for not helping them.
        29. The god’s days are great , glorious and pleasant days.
        30. Indian concepts of gods will not take your sin but guide you to lead a sinless life.
        31. Our gods never fought with ghost and we do not have any satan at all who are always acting against gods.
        32. We never consider the man is produced all of a sudden by god, but formed through evolution
        33. We consider earth is our mother and living beings are the part and parcel of our family.
        34. We never worshiped anybody who is doing wonders after death. But we know the human beings can get himself elevated into the level of gods by good deeds.
        35. Indians never converted anyone to our culture by provocation and compulsion.
        36. Ultimate aim of human life in India is not to lead a luxurious life on earth or heaven but to attain the level of a brahmajnaani, the knower of ultimate reality and truth, giving up to the luxuries.
        37. In India every living being is considered as the embodiment of divine power. We elevated the animals and plants to the level of deva vahanas and punya vrukshas.
        38. Selfless nara seva is narayanana seva.
        39. Every human being, we consider as the tool in the hands of the omnipotent…

      • 40. We advocated to lead us all from darkness to light, from ignorance to knowledge and from mortality to immortality.
        41. We advocated never to hate and exist together share together and enlighten together.
        42. Death is not a punishment for sins for Indians, but it is the moksha and only a small incident in the life.
        43. Indians welcomed people from all over the world for giving and taking knowledge.
        44. We send our scholars to China, Singapore, Korea, Kenya, Lanka, Moresius, and so on and conquered their mind with the power of knowledge and never tried to conquer them with weapons.
        45. We welcomed Parsis, Christians, Muslims and Jews when they faced atrocities in their own countries.
        46. We gave full support to construct their religious and business centers.
        47. We gave full freedom to propagate their religion and philosophy.
        48. We invited the western scientific thoughts and scholars with full respect.
        49. Many travelers like Albiruni, Megashtanese, Fahein and Huansang, came here.
        50. We considered knowledge is always universal and never kept confidential and gave to sincere, dedicated students anywhere in the world.
        51. Contradictory and opposing visions and opinions were welcomed/accepted with full respect
        52. Always the success and failures were confined to intellectual level only. Muscle power was not used to establish the success.
        53. We allowed to sprout out new ‘religions ‘from our own culture like Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism and so on without any protest or suppression.
        54. These newly sprouted religion had all the freedom to preach and also could become part of the main culture
        55. Facts were presented as such to the readers Eg. the good and bad are presented in epics from which the reader has given the freedom to accept/ follow/ reject/ criticize/ the message /story /fact/ or anything/facts connected with what are mentioned.

    Those who are ignorant about Indian fundamentalism say that Indian/ Hindu fundamentalism is dangerous. We should think that foundation stones of messages of our culture… saha naa vavathu ……..,Loka samasta…..etc are dangerous or not ? Without these Vedic messages what would have been the real India?
    In other religions; it is specifically mentioned, “ One should not worship any other god / one should not look into any other religious book / one should not support other religion / one should destroy others’ idols / idol worship is dangerous / worshiping through other methods will lead to hell / others’ temples are the Satan’s workshop/ other gods are Satan/ our god will get angry and he will revenge if we support other gods / everyone should convert all other people into their Semitic religion for reaching to god and heaven / a day will come the people from other religion will be judged for following other gods, by Semitic god with a sword in hand and punish them/ destroy their temples / destroy their idols / ……! All these are the ‘cruel childish nonsense’ of the religious fundamentalism which cannot be seen in India.

The reason why this is so because the same piece of art will inspire different feelings in those who view it. The belief goes that we are all in different phases of the reincarnation cycle. Hence, there is no reason why both of us need to agree on all details.

      Above anything else, SD is a personal religion. It is not just about knowing verses and being able to quote them verbatim. It has to be applied and its benefits need to be experienced personally. That is the ultimate truth. Perception is the highest and truest epistemological source. So, after a certain point, you will be on your own with SD. I hope SD satisfies your philosophical thirst!

      The English word “Religion” comes from Latin word Religare which means to unite. So, the base of religion is unity and brotherhood and not stupid wars. Religion is combined with belief. It is very much related to perception. Perception is defined as a way of looking at the reality. That directs our beliefs. But origin of perception is Vedic statement: एकं सतं विप्रा: बहुधा वदंति … । Since, same truth is spoken differently, 1 belief being superior to another is stupidity. Vedas are originator of all religions – HENCE PROVED.

      Had listened a classic story in childhood – few blind man touched an elephant. One touched trunk and concluded – elephant is a pipe, other touched tusks and concluded – elephant is sword, other touched feet and said – elephant is pillar, one touched elephant’s tail and called elephant as rope, one touching elephant’s back called it a wall. All were fighting as to who is true.

      If we call one religion superior to another, then we repeat same story. The only difference is that those people were blind. We have eyes. Therefore, we must call ourselves EYED – BLIND PERSON. I would just conclude by quoting important verse from Hitopadesha: काव्य शास्त्र विनोदेन कालो गच्छंति धीम्रताम् । मूर्खस्य कलहेन वा निद्रयां व्यसनेन वा ॥ With adventures in art and science, time passes for the champion. For the fool; by FIGHT, SLEEP or BAD ADDICTION.

        I personally dont. I am not sure God sends prophets. If God does send prophets, he has to do that always. He cannot become tired and say such and such a person is the “last” prophet.         Islam is a hatemongering ideology. It is the sincere duty of peace loving humans everywhere to force on Muslims a moderate interpretation of Islam. Muslims seem unwilling or incapable of doing this on their own. The rest of the world is suffering because of this. So, it is the Dharma of every Hindu to teach moderate Islam to Muslims.

        If you refer to term prophet as every Mohammedan / Xian does then Agniveer isn’t a prophet. If you relate it to a Rishi (the way an Arabic poet Lavi Bin e Akhtab did) then yes; there were 4 prophets initially to whom Vedas were revealed. Then came Prophet Manu, Dayanand, Shradhanand and now, Agniveer.

        No. Allah hates a Non Muslim as he is egoistic. Agniveer realized the eternal truth and is telling it.

    The problem for those who are sincerely on the path of vedic dharma is they are being pulled down and made to fall by their own. These people are at the top of a small branch of a vedic samaj, a regional samaj or at national level. Those at the top of these associations fear those who are making progress on the vedic path that latter may take their place(kursee)

    I am studying Islam and Vedas since a decade and has came to the conclusion that indeed Quran contains the Vedic teachings and presents it in a more standard and subtle form. Afterall Muhammad is a tonne year senior than Dayanand!

    Here people are speaking bad of the Islamic concept of God and Prophet and vis-s-vis referring Allah as the God in Vedas (see Agniveer’s facebook page also) that is but only their kid’s approach of mental gratification. I am sure your these dichotomous approach will win nothing but hatred against you only. Yet I am sure you people are not having a missionary zeal but you are there only to count the convert’s figure so to report your NRI fund-givers/donors (so that you may exploit the name of your poor barren million years old dharma for your evil ends). I found you as fearful of Zakir Naik for whom I must tell you that he is stale now, better to check for Zaid Hamid. He is a one over your millions Pandits if you are bothering of the growing Muslim intelligentsia all over.

    And yes, last but not the least, this Rajput Hindu has proudly accepted your ‘brutal Islam’ (as you illiterates used to refer). Afterall, it is the best religion I found who teaches to be ever ready to die for the truth and not to merely shouting a cowardice at the bank like you Hippocrates.
