There is a limit of tolerance as well. Or it becomes a synonym of impotence.

Hello Program Manager,
I have viewed the American cartoonist Nina Paley’s film ‘Sita Sings the Blues’ on the internet and am shocked to see the extreme denigration of the Holy Hindu Epic ‘Ramayana’, along with the most revolting denigration of Lord Ram, Sita and Lord Hanuman more details are at this link
I join with the Forum for Hindu Awakening (FHA) to strongly condemn this severe denigration.
The Holy Hindu Epic Ramayana, Lord Ram, Sita and Lord Hanuman are highly revered by Hindus. This film has infused the viewers minds with many objectionable scenes like Lord Ram repeatedly kicking Goddess Sita and nonchalantly walking on her heavily pregnant abdomen. The commentators state that the Ramayana is not as true a story as the Bible. Ravan’s sister arouses Ravan’s interest in Sita by want only describing her in a sensual manner and saying her breasts are like big round juicy lotuses. When Ravana speaks to Sita she replies in an uncouth manner telling him, “Your ass is grass once Lord Ram gets here.” etc.
We all fully recognize and respect the freedom of expression of an artist but it must be coupled with a certain sense of responsibility. We hope you understand that the freedom of expression is not an absolute; it is limited by the requirement of not causing offense or inciting racial or religious hatred
The Channel thirteen scheduled to show it today, here is the link http://www.thirteen.org/schedule_search/?searchString=sita+sings
I therefore hereby request you to immediately stop showing this movie on your channel. Your negligence in this matter will be insulting revered Hindu Deities and deeply hurt the sentiments of the worldwide Hindu community.
