Note: By Quran we imply the modern Quran and its translations as patronized by dominant representatives of Islam like Zakir Naik et al. There are alternate interpretations by minority scholars who are considered apostates by these dominant representatives and are victimized. These minority views do not form focus of the article. Similarly by Islam and Muslims we mean dominant version of Islam and their representatives/ rulers.
Islam is claimed to be the fastest growing religion by the new prophet of Islam Dr Zakir Naik and his followers. Large section of people inspired by the new messenger can be seen indulged in debating others over the issue of fastest rate of growth of Islam. Interestingly, on one hand, Mullahs in countries like India are assuring the people of other faiths about trueness of Islam through their own census, on the other hand, in Muslim countries like Pakistan, Afganistan, Iraq, etc, holy warriors are killing their fellow Muslims for not being true Muslims! But, one thing, which makes Islam different from others, is the spectrum of its preachers starting from Mullahs proving Islam through peaceful speeches to Osamas and Kasabs, who implement the peaceful teachings of Islam through their peaceful actions! That’s apart, today, we shall analyze the claims of muslims about Islam to be the fastest growing religion.
We will pick one by one the claims of Muslims on why Islam is from God, which we have come across quite often, and will scrutinize those in two ways. Comment “a” below every claim will examine it by assuming the claim to be true. Comment “b” will contain the reality of the claim, whether it is right or wrong.
Islam is best and the only religion from God because
Claim 1: it has the following of over 1.5 billion and in few years, Islam will become no. 1 surpassing Christianity.
(a).
(i) Still the majority is with Christians! If number is the criterion of being best, Christianity is better than Islam. Moreover, we can generalize this logic and say that, since non muslims are 5.5 billions (almost 4 times the muslims), non muslims are better and hence Islam is not from God!
(ii) According to Zakir Naik, sinners in the world are increasing. Readers can watch one of his videos answering a question about reincarnation. This is evident from the deeds of people as well. Everyone can see the moral values going down. People have become more selfish and they are no longer ardent devotees of God, as they happened to be in the past. People are not as truthful as the people of past era used to be. So, the number logic says that lies, selfishness, immorality, and atheism are from God as they are practiced the most! Also, sins and Islam both are increasing simultaneously as per Zakir Naik. So, if one is from God because it is increasing, other would also be from God by the same logic. Wise will conclude the rest!
(iii) What about the time when Muhammad started preaching his philosophy? His religion was neither in majority nor was its rate higher. Should not then Islam automatically fails to qualify the majority/highest rate test at least in past?
(iv) Just like Islam today is claimed to have high growth rate, idolatry was at boom some few thousand years ago. Isn’t then idolatry from God? And everything, which either was/is in majority or had/has highest growth rate should be from God by this logic!
(v) Since number is so important for Muslims, then, is it not strange that they believe in just One God and one prophet? Why are not polytheists better than Muslims since they believe in more Gods? Or is it that number logic works opposite here? Can anyone enlighten us, in which case this number logic works, in which, it gets reversed, and in which it does not work at all?
(b). Islam will become number one for sure in terms of population. But the reason behind this is not the people converting to Islam but higher number of babies muslims produce. It is evident from the fact that muslim countries have highest growth rates, which is the result of high birth rates rather than any conversion, since all are already muslims there with nobody to convert.
Claim 2: more and more people are coming to Islam
(a).
(i) Logic of majority/high growth rate has been examined above.
(ii) Islam is the comfort zone for the people fond of lust. Thus people with lower character accept this opportunity to enjoy 72 virgins forever. This is the main reason behind most of the conversions to Islam. Moreover, Islam provides complete package of 4 wives and innumerable concubines to the males in this world itself. This makes Islam favorite for many, who are in search of moral justification to have extra marital relationships!
(iii) It’s true that more and more people are accepting Islam but at the same time, many are leaving it too. If accepting Islam by people is seen as truthfulness of it, why not leaving Islam by many people is a proof of its falsehood?
(b). Zakir Naik says that don’t judge a car by its driver. Thus we should look down to Islamic scriptures to know Islam and not see what the people say or do. One will be called as a muslim only when he does Fard (duty) as per Quran and Hadith.
(i) Today, most of the muslims of Indian sub continent (I am not sure about other muslim countries) worship graves. Nijamuddin Auliya in Delhi, Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer, Haji Ali in Mumbai, and many others like these are visited by muslims in huge numbers, making these the largest gatherings of muslims anywhere in the world after Hajj. But according to Quran, grave worship is Shirk and Shirk is the only sin, which will not be forgiven! Thus most of the people, who think they are muslims but actually they are not, will go to hell!
(ii) Praying 5 times a day and fasting in the month of Ramdan is also the duty of a muslim. Can Zakir Bhai tell us how many of so called muslims are actual muslims as per the above condition?
(iii) Many hadith say that a muslims should not dress like Kafirs. Many places, it is written that a man’s dress should not hang beneath the ankle. If it is, the man will not be entertained by Allah on the day of resurrection! And interestingly, modern day prophet of many muslims, Zakir himself dresses like Kafirs (wears suit and tie), which has been called Haram by Muhammad!
(iv) Muhammad ordered muslims to grow beard. But today, we see hardly any muslim except Madarsa bred Mullahs having beard.
In short, it can be concluded from the above points that a muslim is the one, who does not do grave worship, does offer prayers five times a day, fasts for whole month of Ramdan, does not wear cloths like Kafirs i.e. pants, shirts, suit, tie etc, does not wear garment which hangs beneath the ankle, has beard as per Islamic norms etc etc. And the one, fails to do any one of the above, will burn in hell forever!
There would hardly be few million people, who actually follow the above norms. If this is the case, Islam is actually the fastest declining religion today and has least number of followers among all religions!
Claim 3: Quran is the most read book of its time
(a). This is yet another logic which many muslims used to give. Again, by this logic, Quran cannot be said as word of God because it was not read as much as other books like Vedas used to be in the past. And today, books like Harry Potter, five point someone etc are read by crores of people, which by number logic, should be from God! One can ask that we are discussing religious scriptures and not the fantasy books or novels and hence Quran cannot be compared with these books. But, we should remember that Quran too is full of the stories of angels, Jinns, Satan, flying donkey, splitting of moon, birth of a baby without father, weeping of trees, stones talking to man, sky as roof supported by invisible pillars, seven skies, heaven, hell, pre decided fates etc. So, for a sensible person, there is hardly any difference between Quran and the stories of Ali Baba Chalis Chor! We have categorically analyzed Quran in our previous articles and we have shown that why cannot Quran be from God. (b). Indeed, Quran is the most read book in the name of religion, but it is the most hated book of its time as well! So, it cannot be from God since its haters are more than its lovers.
Claim 4: Quran is the only text on the face of the earth, which is free from any tampering
(a). By this logic, every article on this site is from God, since no tampering whatsoever has been done in those!
(b). Actually, this claim of muslims regarding perfectness of Quran is a hoax. There is a dispute among muslim scholars regarding the exact number of verses in Quran. Everyone knows that Shia muslims consider this current Quran to be incomplete and they believe in a Quran, which they say original, which is comprised of 17000 verses, but is not available today. In other sects of Islam, some people estimate about 6236 verses, some say 6349, some even claim 6666! Many even say that some verses were from Satan instead of Allah! After this much of contravention, how can one claim Quran to be free from any interpolation? Moreover, current Quran was compiled much later after the death of Muhammad by his followers, who were fighting each other to spread the message of religion of peace!. In these circumstances, who can believe in the claims of Quran to be unchanged from its beginning?
Claim 5: many hindu Shankaracharyas like Shankaracharya of Banaras has openly announced Muhammad to be the last prophet and Quran to be the final word for whole humanity.
(a).
(i) First of all, we would like to know, can a hindu Shankaracharya, who is a Kafir and believes in idol worship, become source of inspiration for muslims to believe in Islam? If that be so, why not idol worship be accepted by muslims as holy work since Shankaracharya does it?
(ii) Bringing a hindu preacher in an Islamic gathering is itself against the doctrines of Islam. So, the muslims including Zakir Naik should do Tauba for committing this sin. Since muslims are not to believe in the words of Kafir, Shankaracharya should not be taken seriously in the matters of Deen! Hence Islam is not from God.
(b). There is no Shankar Math and hence no Shankaracharya in Banaras by the way!
Claim 6: many famous scientists have embraced Islam.
(a). All the scientists were/are non muslims. Thus, if scientists are to be followed, Islam is not from God!
(b). The fame of those famous scientists is yet to reach non muslims and intellectuals! We are trying to contact IRF regarding these famous (?) scientists but have got no response.
Claim 7: Islam is being accepted by many people in west. Number of women converting to Islam is higher than men. This is the biggest proof that Islam gives highest respect to women.
(a). People of west do many more things like drinking, open sex, multiple partners for both man and woman etc. Do muslims accept these deeds also right? If not, how can the decision of such people accepting Islam be said right? Hence Islam is not from God!
(b). People of west are really coming to Islamic ideology! That is why Zakir Naik has been banned from even entering in Canada and UK. May be, westerns have become so much Islamic that they don’t require outside preachers preach Islam anymore!
Claim 8: Miracle of Kaba being center of the earth has been proven scientifically.
(a). If Kaba is at the center, how does it prove trueness of Islam? Kaba was built by Ibrahim, who was the father of Jewish people. Should not then this miracle of Kaba being the center of earth proves trueness of Judaism instead of Islam?
(b).
(i)Anyway, this is the most foolish thing one can claim! Earth is almost spherical and its center lies inside it. How can Kaba be at the center? Can the center of a sphere lie on its surface? Even if one talks about the surface, every point on the surface of a sphere is geometrically same. Then what is so special about Kaba?
(ii) The scientists, who claimed it, must be Madarsa alumni because science has not become advanced enough to shift the center of gravity of earth from its center to its surface! Of course, Madarsas have the technology of “Kun Fayakun”, which is unique solution to every problem and above all, Allah knows the best!
Claim 9: Miracles of Allah are seen even in animals and birds. For example many goats, cows have been found to have name of Allah and Muhammad written on their backs. Many crows, dogs, and donkeys have been seen to call “Allah Allah”. One can type “miracles of Islam” in youtube and find hundreds of such videos.
(a). It seems that the testimonies of famous (?) scientists, Moulvis, and Shankaracharya were not enough to prove Islam best. Hence people have started giving testimonies of animals in order to show superiority of Islam. Wise choose the path, which other wiser people have chosen. But in Islam, it is other way round. Muslims argue that we should accept Islam because animals say “Allah Allah”! Again the question arises, can deeds of animals be the bench mark for humans? If that be so, why do muslims wear cloths, go to schools/Madarsas, accept the marriage bond, work in offices, wash hands, take bath….? Moreover not all animals say Allah! So again, by number logic, Islam is not from God! Anyway, we give advice to Zakir and his followers, not to follow animals, but follow intelligent.
(b). In reality, the videos of such miracles of Allah are nothing more than the laughter shows! Readers can themselves see those videos and get a heavy dose of laughter. Those videos are even more entertaining than those of stage performer Zakir Naik. All I can say, it is the biggest mockery of Islam and Allah by muslims themselves in the name of miracles.
Claim 10: People are leaving other religions to accept Islam but no muslim leaves Islam.
(a). This is obvious as Islam orders to kill the one, who leaves it. This is the reason why is Islam a one way trap, in which one can enter but cannot come out. Biggest reason behind this is the coward mentality of muslims of not allowing non muslims to preach in their countries. One can see heights of fanaticism of Muslims that they want freedom of speech in every country and they enjoy converting others. But they don’t have guts to let others preach their religion among muslims.
(b). This claim is false though! There have been great scholars within Islam, who openly criticized many doctrines of it. For example, Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, the biggest Islamic educationist of India, founder of Aligarh Muslim University, openly denied the existence of Satan. He criticized many other beliefs as well and as a result, fatwa was issued that he is a Kafir! Anwar Shaikh, another eminent scholar of Islam from Pakistan, calls Islam, “The Arab Imperialism”! He was cremated instead of burying as per his wish to die as Vedic follower. He was very proud of his Vedic culture and ancestors. Another notable scholar from Pakistan is Ghulam Jelani Barq, who completely rejected the hadith! He was also listed as Kafir by the mullahs. Today, Ali Sina, Parvin Darabi, Wafa Sultan, Parvez Hoodbhoy, Tariq Ali, Imam Mehboob Ali, and many more are criticizing Islam greater than any non muslim. They all were born in Islamic families. So according to this logic, Islam is false because many scholars have left it!
After analyzing these claims, we can conclude that fanatics like Zakir Naik are spreading the hoax of Islamic superiority based on their own false census of highest conversion rate. People are being fooled by the so called experts of comparative religion in the name of childish logic, self created census, and science. We have seen that how mocking was it to claim Islam best because some animals said “Allah Allah”. In the end, we request everyone to think rationally and then take a decision. Crowded place should not be the destination of intellectuals. Rather, it should be based on logic and morality.

100,000 converts to Islam living in the UK

London, January 05: The number of converts to Islam living in Britain has surged to 100,000 from just 60,000 a decade ago, a report revealed today.
White women are leading the growing number of people in the UK embracing Islam.
Converts have risen from around 60,000 in 2001 to up to 90,000 to 100,000 today, according to estimates in a report for the Faith Matters organisation.
Around 5,200 people in the UK adopted Islam in the last year alone.
Lauren Booth, sister-in-law of former prime minister Tony Blair, attracted widespread publicity when she announced last year that she had converted to Islam.
A survey of 122 converts last year showed 56 per cent were white British, with women making up 62 per cent of respondents.
The average age at conversion was just over 27, research conducted by Kevin Brice, of Swansea University, found.
The majority reported difficulties after embracing Islam because of the negative attitudes of their family. However, over time this attitude became more ‘positive’ according to the report.
The majority of the converts saw themselves as both British and Muslim and did not feel disillusioned with British society and culture.
But they felt their own lives had been ‘lost’ and were ‘lacking in purpose’ before conversion. They feared that there was a ‘normalisation’ of ‘immoral’ behaviour amongst an increasingly less religious British public.
Only a very small minority saw celebrating birthdays, listening to music or reading fiction as prohibited by Islam, with fewer than ten per cent viewing attending a family Christmas dinner as forbidden.
A majority said that most or all of their close friends were Muslims but almost all felt that Muslims should not keep themselves separate from non-Muslims.
Most of the women of women had changed their appearance after conversion, with a significant majority adopting the hijab, or head scarf.
One woman who converted to Islam is mother Lynne Ali, a 31-year-old former DJ.
Contented: Lynne Ali, 31, a mother-of-two adopted the Islamic faith when she was 19. She said: ‘This is the real me – I am happy to pray five times a day and take classes at the mosque’
She decided to adopt the religion when she was 19 – and said she is happy to have found an ‘escape route’ from her old life.
‘I went to an old friend’s 21st birthday party in a bar,’ she said. ‘I walked in, wearing my hijab and modest clothing, and saw how everyone else had so much flesh on display. They were drunk, slurring their words and dancing provocatively.
‘For the first time, I could see my former life with an outsider’s eyes, and I knew I could never go back to that.
‘I am so grateful I found my escape route. This is the real me — I am happy to pray five times a day and take classes at the mosque. I am no longer a slave to a broken society and its expectations.’
The survey showed that the majority of converts disagreed with the niqab, or face veil, in spite of supporting the right of women to wear it.
‘Converts do not represent a devious fifth column determined to undermine the Western way of life – this is a group of normal people united in their adherence to a religion which they, for the most part, see as perfectly compatible with Western life,’ the report said.
‘Converts are generally at ease living in the UK and do not feel that British people are essentially hostile to Islam.’

Continuous vandalisation and robbery of Hindu temples in Bangladesh
Hindus form nine percent of Bangladesh’s population of 162 million.A series of attacks on Hindu temples of Bangladesh over recent times have made the hindus to think they are unsafe even under seculer government.
Though a big doldrums already came from the minority Hindus from the measures so far taken by the present so-called pro-minority Bangladesh Awami League Govt. led by Sheikh Hasina through a shattered election promises to them, accumulated pressure from various sides upon the Hindu minorities now may return them in the fearful days under the BNP-Jamat combination for the last clot.
Though some minority forums like HRCBM (Human Rights Congress for Bangladesh Minorities), BDMW (Bangladesh Minority Watch), BHBCUC (Bangladesh Hindu Bauddha Christian Unity Council-USA) and others are trying hard to address the constraints before Hindus as an existential threat and put their demands to the respective Govts, in Bangladesh time to time, the general scenario for the trailing Hindus go worse day by day.

A recent report of the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) and National Institute of Population Research and Training (NIPRT) reveals that Hindu population has been decreased in Bangladesh region by 24% as it was 31% in 1901 and stands at a meager 9.3% in the latest census of Bangladesh. The report pointed the salient causes of onslaught of minority Hindus due to post election violence in 2001 in recent caused a mass evacuation of Hindus from their homeland and compelled to leave the country under the tantamount pressure of ransom, infringing religious rights, destruction of their properties, encroaching lands, physical torture, arson, molestation, rape, abduction, even pressurised conversion and so on. In such strangulation the reproduction rates of Hindus in Bangladesh came down and the immigration rates are high.
From another source it is evident that some 100 destruction of temples and over 300 registered cases of abduction-molestation-rape of Hindu women and minor girls earmarked 2010 as hopeless situation also from the new vendors of secularism in Bangladesh.
1.An ancient Hindu temple in a village near the Bangladesh capital was vandalised, the miscreants breaking six idols, police were quoted as saying on 2nd February,2010.
Some 30-35 people attacked the Sri Sri Rahshakali temple in Ashrafdi village in Naranaganj district on Friday night, a police official as saying.
They also damaged four adjacent houses and injured five people, it said.
Police officer Mohammed Yunus Ali said the temple was attacked following an altercation between a Hindu and three youths in the village. A case has been registered, the official said.
2. The temple containing the tomb of Baba Ramthakur situated in Chawmuhuni, Noakhali was vandalised on 29 August,2010. The terrorists looted the temple and caused damage to its infrastructure.
3. On 11 SEPTEMBER 2010, Miscreants at Gosaildanga in Chittagong rampaged a Hindu temple, the police say.
Eyewitnesses said some six youths led by one Mohammad Masud of the adjacent Muslim-dominated area stormed the temple in the port city around 10:45pm by breaking iron gate and wooden doors.
They smashed several idols including those of Lord Narayana, Shivalinga and Ghaut, and utensils there.
Thousands of Hindus of the area took out a procession demanding arrest and punishment of those responsible.
Mihir Das, joint general secretary of Gosaildanga Shwashan Kalibari Temple Committee, told bdnews24.com: “Five to six drunken youths led by gangster Masud of the neighbouring area vandalised the temple.”
Bandar Police Station officer-in-charge Rejaul Karim and local ward councillor Jahangir Alam Chowdhury went to the scene hearing of the incident.
4. Bharoteshwari Kali Mandir in Narail was robbed on December 1, 2010.
5. On 17 december 2010 robbers broke into Sabujbag Kali Temple and robbed belongings of half a million dollers from the temple.
6. On 22 december 2010 Joy Kali Temple of Dhaka had been robbed. the buglers took away possesions of .4 million taka from the temple.
7. On 8 January 2011 At least 200 tolas (bhori) of gold ornaments, six tolas of silver ornaments and Tk 4.5 lakh in cash were stolen from the Dhakeshwari National Temple.
Worship at Dhakeswari National Temple was suspended for some period following the incident.
Nirnal Chatterjee, Joint Secretary of Mohanagar Sarbo Janin Puja Committee, told reporters the ‘Sebayet Ratan Chakraborti and Nitya Gopal Chakraborti left the temple at around 9:00pm on Saturday night after locking all rooms, including the main temple. But in the morning all locks were found missing.

“Donated by the devotees the ornaments were decorated with the image of goddess Kali while the money were kept in the boxes in front of the goddess,” said Nirmal Chatterjee and added, “We suspect, an organized gang is involved in the burglary.”
He alleged that earlier they had informed the government authorities several times about the insecurity of the temple, but nothing was done in this connection.
After the incident, a protest meeting was held in front of the temple in the morning when the temple committee also announced another protest meeting for today (Monday).
Mohanagar Sarobojanin Puja Committee President Biresh Chandra Saha filed a general diary (GD) with Chawkbazar police station in this connection.
Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan Sarbajanin Puja Udjapon Committee Babul Devnath has expressed deep concern over the incident. He said, “A theft took place at Baradeswari Kali Temple on Dec 12 and another at Jaykali Temple on Dec 22. We demand proper investigations into all these incidents.”
Later The Detective Brach (DB) of police arrested eight persons in connection with thefts at the capital’s Dhakeswari and Kali temples. The detainees include alleged leader of the gang Garibullah alias Aslam, 24, Mohammad Monir, 25, Monir Hossain, 27, Mohammad Selim, 35, Shahid Jamal, 34, and Chandu, 30. The identities of the rest two could not be known immediately.
DB Inspector Ashraf Hossain, who conducted the drives, told that five of the arrestees Garibullah, Md Monir, Monir Hossain, Selim and Jamal were each placed on five days’ remand yesterday.
According to the DB inspector the five placed on remand were directly involved in the thefts while the other three in dealing and selling the gold ornaments.
He said, “Garibullah admitted that led by him the gang stole from Dhakeswari and Kali temples and other temples in and around the capital. However, most of the looted ornaments were sold in the black market.”
On information that a gang of thieves who were sent to Narayanganj jail allegedly for looting a temple in Munshiganj continued robbing temples after obtaining bail, DB officials headed for Narayanganj and found two of the gang members Garibullah and Md Monir still in jail. The officials brought the two to the DB headquarters for interrogation, said a DMP press release.
Based on the information gleaned from the two, DB police recovered some gold ornaments and other stolen items from Munshiganj and Narayanganj and arrested Monir Hossain at Raipur of Laxmipur district, said the press release.

DB officials also recovered 11 broken locks of Dhakeswari Temple from the roof of a nearby workshop upon Garibullah’s information.
Replying to a query, the DB inspector said, “The gang targeted temples as those are less secured and offer minimum risk.”
Nirnal Chatterjee, joint secretary of Mahanagar Sarbojanin Puja Committee, said they have heard about the arrest and the recovery.
He demanded fair investigation into the mysterious incidents of burglary at 23 temples across the country in the last two months.
”A significant portion of the temple land has been lost due to the Enemy Property Act and confiscation by the Bangladesh Government, and the current premises are considerably lower than the historic reach of the property.
The temple was the… victim of significant vandalism during the communal disturbances in Dhaka in 1990 and in 1992, when property worth several million Takas was destroyed.”
8. Paban temple of Purbachadkati, Jalakhati District was vandalised on 12 January,2011.
9. Kadamtola Kali Mandir in Sutrapur was robbed on 2 february 2011. It is situated in the oldest part of capital Dhaka.
Shusil Kumar Datta, secretary of Kadamtola Kali Mandir committee, said the theft took place Tuesday-Wednesday night.
The temple’s priests Manik Chakraborty and Archana Rani came to open the shrine at around 7.30 a.m. and found all the locks were broken and ornaments that adorn the idol and cash kept in the donation box had been stolen.
Nazrul Islam, a police official, said that 4.7 tolas of gold, 6 tolas of silver, 10 saris and Taka 7,000 ($100) in cash were stolen from the shrine.
Chakraborty said: “After several thefts occurred in different temples in the city we took special security care and bought new locks for the mandir. But despite taking all security measures, the burglars broke into the temple and took away the gold ornaments and cash.”
10. 4 temples of Kishoregang Disrict were robeed in a duration of 2 weeks. These temples are Baba Lokhnath temple,
Kali Temple and 2 rada Gabinda Temples.
11. On the day of Sarawati Puja,8th february 2011 muslim terrorists attacked and vandalised deities and infrastructure of Sri Sri sitla kali temple of Barisal.
12. On 10th February 2 temples (Kali and Shiva Temple) was vandalised in Voler Chowra village of Lalmonirhat District on the same night. The local hindus complaints a group of muslims vandalised and robbed these templs before.
13. On january 2011 in a duration of 5 days two temples have been vandalised in Narayangang, near capital Dhaka.
These are Narayan Temple and Kali Temple. The robbers toke away deities,gold and silver ornaments and cash takas.
14. On Mar 06,2011 Burglars stole valuables, including five statues and gold ornaments from Radha-Madhab Mandir (temple) near Gollamari Swashwan (cremation site) in the city of Khulna,southern Bangladesh.
Goureshwar Nimai Das Brahmacharee, divisional head of Eskon, a religious organization, said, temple`s caretaker (Sebayet) Suvo Gavinda found that someone broke the collapsible gate and door of the temple at about 4am.
When he entered the temple he saw that five statues of god and goddesses, two and half tolas of gold ornaments and an amount of cash Tk 90,000, donated by devotees were missing from the temple.
Later a bugler named Kabir Khalifa was arrested and the stolen deities were recovered.
The influential Daily Star pointed out in an editorial that there were no arrests so far. It said that there was no action beyond visits by ministers, senior officials and teh police and promises to book the guilty.
The editorial warned that if not curbed “this will be a spur for the communal forces in the country and outside to upset the peaceful co-existence of all religions in Bangladesh”.
It did not elaborate on who the “certain group” is behind the incidents that “has targeted the holy places of worship with despicable intent”.
The burglars broke into places of worship and stole gold and silver ornaments and cash. Dhakeswari national temple, Baredeswari Temple and Joykali Mandir in the capital have been the main targets. The fashion of crime seems to be cases of ’simple burglary’.”
“Unfortunately, we have not known if any arrests have been made in connection with these thefts…Even if these are cases of simple burglary, the incidents leave a severe dent in the minds of worshippers who believe these acts desecrate holy places,” the newspaper said.

to start with i must say that i totally agree with Mr Zakir that islam is the fastest growing religion i.e. more people are coming to islam …….
i think i have a few logical reasons behind this assumption of Dr naik.
1) if we take a practical look at the world scene today… the most violent countries in the world where either a civil war is taking place or who r just fighting with christians or other religions are muslim dominated areas of the world. so the most number of people dying in the world today are muslims. eg, palestine, chechniya, and many african countries. so i think their must be some mass conversion taking place to fill in the ranks of the lost believers.
2) secondly, as far as i know….. the most number of people who r converting to islam belong to countries and societies which are poor and have very low literacy rate… ( well exceptions are always there ) and the matter of fact is that majority of the world population is still either fully illeterate or semi illeterate and also lives under worse living conditions. so its not hard to pursuade them to do nething.
christians used to do that always. even in india much of the ‘so called’ lower class and poor population has converted to either christianity or islam. so i m not surprised at all.
i have a fren who was a hindu first and few years back he converted to islam….. i hope every muslim wud be glad to hear that… but i know why he converted… men do much for sharaab and shabaab.. but ofcourse it was shabaab this time. but now since he is a muslim, he has changed a lot … changed in a sense that now he prays 5 times a day and even has a beard to support.. and he even says salaam and even threatens everyone with a place in hell.. he says “khuda tumhe jahanum mein bhejega bhainchodo” tumne ek khuda ke bande ki gaand marne ki koshish ki??? well he certainly has changed and i wonder who has been teaching him all that stuff in islam. and not only he, even his frens who already were muslims speak the same tone and they even go after prostitutes…. and keep teasing girls…. no wonder why they r embracing islam.. gives them more freedom to eve tease?? have met some pakistani frens which is basically a even more perfect islamic state… they come to india and ask for girls from me as if all the girls hav been taken away by taliban in pakistan.
CONCLUSION:
well looking at the above two reasons of growth of islam in world, i must say that there are more people coming to islam only to make it impure faith and now there are more kafirs in islam than in ne other religion. so logically wen ever the judgment day comes, more people from islam are goin to jahanum. ( and there might not be place left for people like us in hell bcz first prefrence wud surely be given to non-believers among so called believers)
so islam might be growing today at a fast rate but only to fall at a even faster rate. thats the law of nature…. slow and steady wins the race on the other hand fast and furious gets killed.
the scene all over the world speaks for itself… wht does quran say abt that…. no one can ignore the thousands of both innocent and not so innocent muslims getting killed all over the world every year, not naturally but in wars and conflicts…. both with others and among themselves.
its a last desperate attempt by soon to be extinct religion to keep itself running…. many religions and civilizations have perished or almost perished (pagans at the hands of islam, atlantis civilization, mayan civilization etc) and so will ne other who will try to over extend its dominions beyond which it cud b controlled. and if thats wht islam keeps on going after .. the end is not far.
expansion will not make it stronger, it will only weaken this faith… so be satisfied with wht ever believer there are in this religion and instead of preaching it to new people and asking them to accept the faith try to make its roots stronger by emphasising more on the people who already believe in it. please dont become a liability on the face of this planet.

While we are on the topic of Aisha and Khadija, lets us visit some wonderful ideals in Islam on women.
Muhammad’s first wife, Khadija was a powerful
merchant woman. It is surprising that Allah neither commanded Muslim women to veil nor
allowed Muhammad to practice polygamy despite the fact that Khadija was fifteen years older
than him and had been married twice before marrying Muhammad. Only after Khadija’s death
all these Qura’nic nonsense of Allah started coming down and by this way, the status of women
were lowered to the lowest grade of sex-slaves. It is also a misconception that in pre-Islamic
Arabia female infants were murdered and Islam abolished that practice. If that was true, how did
Arab men marry multiple times? Muhammad allowed his followers to marry four women. How
it could be possible, if there were female infanticide in practice?
In Islam, even the breast-milk of a woman does not belong to her and the husband has the lawful
right on it. If the adult husband forcefully drinks the milk of his wife under Sharia law, the milk
is treated as a food and not as foster milk. According to Malik’s Muwatta (30.1.11),
“Suckling…after the first two years, little or much, it does not make anything haram. It is like
food.” As per another Hadith from Malik’s Muwatta (30.2.14), a Muslim man is divinely
allowed to drink his wife’s milk (or, multiple wives’ milk on choice and test) regularly and still
can remain her sex-partner. This is the height of stupidity in Allah’s Divine law. Any sane person will die in shame, but for Muslims it makes no difference.
The whole Muslim society is overly handicapped by superstition. Superstition generates fear and
destroys logical faculty. Fear is a great motivating force in Islam. Every Muslim lives in a
constant fear of Allah’s wrath, something like a supernatural alien world and the ‘big brother’
Allah is always watching them. In this supernatural world jinns and angels roam freely and
devils constantly in look out for victims.
In this sick society of Muslims, the Mullahs and Maulanas thrive in power. Muslims are anxious

Q. Will Allah accept my prayer if I pass wind during my namaz?
A. Only if you have kept the wind within you and restrained from releasing it are your
prayers valid. If not, you should say your prayers again.

If non-Muslims submit to conversion or subjugation, this call (dawa) can be pursued peacefully. If they do not, Muslims are obliged to wage war against them. In Islam, peace requires that non-Muslims submit to the call of Islam, either by converting or by accepting the status of a religious minority (dhimmi) and paying the imposed poll tax, jizya. World peace, the final stage of the dawa, is reached only with the conversion or submission of all mankind to Islam. Muslims believe that expansion through war is not aggression but a fulfillment of the Quranic command to spread Islam as a way to peace. The resort to force to disseminate Islam is not war (harb), a word that is used only to describe the use of force by non-Muslims. Islamic wars are not hurub (the plural of harb) but rather futuhat, acts of “opening” the world to Islam and expressing Islamic jihad. Relations between dar al-Islam, the home of peace, and dar al-harb, the world of unbelievers, nevertheless take place in a state of war, according to the Quran and to the authoritative commentaries of Islamic jurists. Unbelievers who stand in the way, creating obstacles for the dawa, are blamed for this state of war, for the dawa can be pursued peacefully if others submit to it. In other words, those who resist Islam cause wars and are responsible for them. Only when Muslim power is weak is temporary truce (hudna) allowed (Islamic jurists differ on the definition of temporary).

They keep portraits of Kaba, kissing black stone, circumferencing Kaba 7 times, Keeping Calligraphs of Quranic words such as Allah, Bismillah ir Rahman ir Raheem, 786, Lalilaha illalaha Muhamad Rasul lahi in their homes & Mosques, and portraits of many other famous Mosques.

No Hindu thinks his idol (as per your definition) as creator or God. That is why they throw them into rivers after many of their rituals. But as per our definition of idol, Non Muslims don’t have any idols in first place They use some stones to remember God because their God has commanded this. But on the other hand, Muslims worship Kaba idol. They might not think Kaba as their creator but they think it as house of their creator! So again they are found guilty of worshipping house. So they are house worshippers as well in addition to idol.

Shaik- This pertains to BANU QURAYZA. Now this whole incident is no different from many men averse to contraception, having sex with their wives & then claiming that the pregnancy was given by God. The slaughter of Banu Qurayza exposes the hollowness of Muhammad & Islam in many ways –
1) If Muhammad were a pious man whose life is a template for others to follow, given according to Quran, the previous scriptures were all corrupted, why invoke the provisions of Torah to wipe out all the men of the tribe?
2) After Muhammad was called as the arbitrator, during the earlier conflict between Banu Qurayza and Banu Nadir, he came up with 3 verses from 05:42,05:43,05:44 and 05:45. The verse # 43 talks about Jews as THEY and THEIR laws. When you guys claim that ALL Prophets were Muslims, why does the Quranic verse differentiate between Jews and Muslims? And this idea is repeated in the nest verse 44 too where it claims of “WE” revealed the Torah to Moses. And verse # 45shows more contradictions. When Quran claims only Muslims (as per Quran) are submitters of will to God, why is Quran worried about the law that was ordained for THEM (Jews), when THEIR scripture is anyway compromised.
So, Quran seems to be saying pre-Quranic scriptures are corrupted once and then turns around and give credence to the same corrupted scripture in another place. Is Allah out of his mind?On top of it , Allah, in the Torah, through Q 5:45 seems to encourage the eye for an eye, blood for blood approach to conflict. How different is Allah from any man belonging to any medieval tribe? Is this the guidance for which you guys bow 5 times towards a black stone?
3) This incident shows how Muhammad himself employed circular logic to arrive at decisions that suited his case. It goes something like this, Banu Qurayza have been under siege for 25 days, women & children are desperate, the men decide to use Abu Lubaba to negotiate peace with Muhammad. According to Ibn Ishaq when Abu Lubaba went to talk to Muhammad on the tribe’s behalf, he made a sign with his hand toward his throat, indicating that their fate at the hands of the Prophet would be slaughter.
Given the tribe had surrendered, Muhammad smartly appoints Sad ibn Muadh to take a decision. Muhammad knew from the Torah and from his own cooked up Surah (which we saw above, based on the Torah), what that decision will be. Muhammad, as already pointed out by Abu Lubaba, prosecuted the slaughter of all the men of the tribe (around 800 men). He approved Sad ibn Muadh’s ruling,stating that it was God’s judgement and enjoyed the genocide. Of course, as usual, he gained the women as captives for himself and his soldiers.
And it gets even interesting. If a man, a staunch Muslim is on his death bed dreaming of 72 virgins and he is entrusted with the task of making a decision on a religious principle, he will make a decision to further his cause to gain entry into Allah’s heaven. The case of Sad ibn Muadh is the same. He was already half dead when Muhammad asked him to take a call on Banu Qurazya tribe. This guy was a neo-convert to islam (an ex-Jew), he was mortally injured in a recent battle, half dead & Muhammad asks this guy (of course Muslims point out that his appointment was agreed to by the hapless Banu Qurazya to) to decide the fate of a 1000 people. And Sad ibn Muadh made a decision of the premise that he was successfully punching a ticket to get a blow job from the houris in the next few hours. Sa’d ibn Mua’dh was the chief ANSAR (the name Muhammad gave for former Jews that became Muslims in Medina).
Muhammad is NOT an idiot but a CUNNING jackal. And imagine, as a commander, if a soldier is mortally wounded, he needs to be treated and taken away to receive some help. But Muhammad has no compassion for the Ansar Sad ibn Muadh who is dying away. He is asked to pass a ruling on the death of another 800 odd people. Define a terrorist….Muhamad is his name.

You are again talking of Freud. Now, lets see how much of a psychologist you are. Is progesterone a female sex hormone or not? Does not this hormone induce sexual desires in a woman or not? When it comes to marriage which is a social contract between 2 individuals the undeclared basis is fidelity and mutual respect, and once that is broken by either one of them, it is the prerogative of the better half to either call it quits or to forgive, whichever he/she deems fit. But we see that islam proposes a carrot and stick policy. Whereas on the one hand we have polygamy for the men (even the arrangement of sex slaves) for their sexual exploits, it punishes the women harshly for even a Freudian slip. Why such double standards, if you could come clean on this. This definitely does smack of prejudice, male chauvinism, and discrimination on grounds of sex.
I agree with you when you say that sex is a gift from the Almighty. No other texts than the tantric texts eloquently and vividly speak of it. In fact, it has been declared as a way to salvation in some texts. Since you talk of psychology, you must be aware of the forbidden fruit syndrome. When our desires do not materialize then sometimes our longing for a particular object/person degenerates into an obsession and definitely stunts our ability to move forward in the path of spirituality.

Ishwar alone provides true knowledge to truth seekers. He alone is promoter of knowledge and motivates virtuous people into noble actions to seek bliss. He alone is the creator and manager of the world. Hence never worship anyone else except one and only Ishwar.

Firstly:His (the prophet (sallallaahu `alaihi wasallam) ) saying that he related from his Lord (Allah) : “I created all my servants upon the true Religion (upon Tawheed, fre from Shirk). Then the devils came to them and led them astray from their true Religion. They made unlawful to people that which I had made lawful for them, and they commanded them to associate in worship with Me, that which I had sent down no authority.”(3)
Secondly:His (the prophet (sallallaahu `alaihi wasallam) ) saying: ” Every child is born upon the Fitrah(4) but his parents make him a jew or a christian or a magian. It is like the way an animal gives birth to a natural offspring. have you noticed any born mutilated, before you mutilate them.”
Abu Hurayrah said: Recite if you wish: “Allah’s fitrah with which He created mankind. There is to be no change to the creation (Religion) of Allah.”(Surah ar-Rum 30:30)(5)

The reason why this is important is because IDOLATORY is a key beating stick that both the likes of ZN and his ilk and Xtian missionaries use to deride and destroy our culture. When the Chief Rabbinate of Israel realizes the idolatory as found in the Torah is not what Hindu idols are all about, this indicates a paradigm shift in at least one Abrahamic faith realizing one of the aspects of contemporary Hinduism.

I was in an atheist conference in San Francisco, and I was surprised to see many muslims from Serbia, Turkey and Saudi Arabia who left Islam and become either atheist, agnostics or just people who don’t give a damn about these “-isms.”
The muslims who are getting to Islam closely and have a little bit of good influence over themselves are slowly leaving it. According to a report, there are only 800 million Muslims who believe in Islamic fundamentals, the rest don’t give a damn.
So, where do I see its going?
Well, the west is waking up. In many parts of USA and Europe, people are talking about tightening up the immigration policies and banning Muslim immigrations. Leaders like Allen West and Wilders are becoming more popular. Islam is more vulnerable to be wiped out than any other religion in the world.
Islamic government form is always worse than just another typical form of dictatorship, we have lots of examples today of abused human rights and backwardness it brought.
So Islam has a dark future where it will struggle its existence. The actions some people are taking about it here in west due to terrorism and hatred and intolerance it bought will result in a war like situation in future. KB, you nailed it. We have Shaikhs here that take such pride in “no God but God.” So I was curious about this great initiation utterance when one becomes a muslim. Shahada itself implicitly tells that Allah and his messenger are insecure about their position. And this insecurity reflected across the entire length and breadth of Islam, the imaginary conspiracies, the superstitions, the fear factor etc.
This is the same nonsense that the other side of the coin practices in the name of a salvation prayer, where, by merely stating that they believed that the redeemer spilled blood for our sins (future safe?), someone takes the first step towards salvation. And if as they claim, the redeemer lives, where is he living. If it about the redeemer’s spirit all my Grandparents too are living with me, though they died.

The same rule of physics is not applicable in case of another planet.
You may understand Allah is much beyond time. Pl never try to disprove with your little knowledge of time if you are a truth seeker. Quran, the word of Allah will remain as a challenge to all human reasons at anytime. You ask some scientist to disprove this. You can mesmerize some children, not me.

I told you the simple fact that by any human reason we can not conclude God. Even scientists are proving after study of universe that the whole universe is created (This is not confiriming Prakriti or nature is not eternal). But science has no evidence that who created this wonderful masterpiece around us. Scientists have conflict that “TIME” has started when the universe began its birth or was existed before. There is no concluding scientific model yet. If you assume science is correct, then you need to accept that the whole universe is a creation. If science says it is creation then where is the creator?
If you say or your Veda says Prakriti or soul is eternal it is a different school of thougt. Athiest also said the same concept already and claim that everything around us is automatic existence (different from eternal existence) also they deny God (creator). Matter, 2. soul(Aatma), and 3. supreme soul (Allah/Parmatma) three entities are eternal. But soul is dependent on Allah. Without Allah, soul can not do anything.

Modern scientific studies on Genes provides evidence that all human being have same original human father. This disproved Darvin’s theory. Pl study development in the study of Genetics. This proves Adam is the original forefather of all humans. Also this concept will unite as a single family, brothers of humaity even agreed as a concept.
Atleast now science proved this universe is created one (Your concept of eternal prakriti disproved by science)

As regards Adam/Eve…keep dreaming. Read the following article about how Christian evangelicals are beginning to see the unravelling of their faith. Sooner or later, issues like these are going to make headlines in the Arab heartland. That will be the unravelling of Islam also.

The article I referred from the speech of Stephan Hawking who did a lot of scientific study on universe and time.My aim is not to prove that quranic words are compatible with that article.I was discussing with TS on specifically the issue of time by which he was trying to disprove God’s perfection although he could not explain his logic clearly.But subject of time is very important. What I conveyed TS that God is eternal he is not bound by time sense. Also I conveyed that if there is God then he must be perfect, if something exists beyond God then again it is not God. You may say it is Prakriti No: 1 , Prakriti No 2. Same logic only used by Athiests to explain there is no God. But Islam agrees that “There is No God” what atheists say, but add that ” Except Allah”.. ” There is no God (ilaah) except Allah” Allah is beyond all logics we human beings try to conceive. Allah is only eternal..all other Prakriti No 1 or Soul No1 or next souls or next Prakritis are not eternal, but had a beginning because of Allah. This is what we say, quran says..This can not be proved by logics or science, we beleive as per guidance of quran or guidance of prophet’s words. I mainly discussed with TS because he was trying to equate Soul no. 1 or Prakriti no1 with Allah. he was having false idea on quran or prophetic words..Pl try your best understand words of quran..Again you have confusion on Almighthy, Omnipresence or eternity explained in quran.. There is something called “NOTHING” and “TIMELESSNESS” science has not found answer for this.

Many people from christian nations are atheists now due to science development. They are in the process of search of reasoning. This conflict of scientific study going on because science first proposed darvin concept which already disproved Adam / eve theory but again genetic study goes more closer with single origin concept of humans..Science will take its own time to prove what is correct..But I told you that single parent concept will unite human based on single family..So I personally prefer that..If you want to be monkeys, apes origin concept then it is your choice.
