Note: Muslim/ Islam/ Quran and other words relating to Islam in this article refer to the version presented by Zakir Naik.
Muslims claim that modern Quran is the final word of Allah and hence divine. Hindus consider Vedas to be the divine message of Ishwar. So how does one decide who is right and who is wrong?
In absence of easy access to relevant information in layman terms and preponderance of myths propagated by various groups to serve their own agenda, most Hindus and Muslims alike are bound to be extremely confused and subject to plethora of misleading notions. The objective of this article is to present an authentic perspective of both Quran and Vedas and evaluate their claims of divinity. I shall not dwell into content of modern Quran (we shall call it simply Quran for ease) because that has been dwelt in great detail by followers and skeptics alike and sufficient material is available online and offline. But let us evaluate some other aspects.
Facts about Quran
1.
Quran is supposed to be the final edition of God’s instructions sent through His beloved final messenger Prophet Muhammad.
2.
Muslims do believe that God sent His message from time to time for the people on earth. However Quran is the latest and final edition and hence all other versions stand null and void.
3.
What remains unclear is why suddenly God decided to stop sending further editions of His knowledge? If you consider human history, situations were similar during times when Quran was sent or Bible was sent. But in last 200 years, world has changed significantly. The world today lives in a way that was never even heard of when Quran came! So what was the need for God to keep bringing new editions of His knowledge when none was required and suddenly refuse to send any further amendments when the whole world has changed. In fact, if a new version is sent today, its security and authenticity is much more ensured than it was ever!

What also remains unclear is if God is perfect, why should His knowledge change from time to time? Or is it that God is also learning about the creation and hence improving? Some Quranics answer this by claiming that though God is perfect and His knowledge is also perfect, but application of His knowledge changes with changing times and hence new editions are required.
But this brings us again to previous point. Is it not then that greatest change has happened in recent years and hence we deserve a new Quran?

Further can anyone specify what new application or message came in Quran which was not applicable before that and suddenly became applicable? Apart from justification of slavery, sex-slavery, iron-hand treatment of non-believers and concept of Paradise and Hell, as explained by Zakir Naik!

Many Muslims claim that Vedas are first message of God and Quran the final. And as explained in previous point, they believe that God added a series of amendments from Vedas to Quran. But what is intriguing is whether God also kept changing structure of universe and even history of the world from time to time?
Few examples:
– Quran believes this life is first and last. Vedas state the concept of rebirth of soul.

– Quran believes that this creation is first and last. After that there is only permanent Hell and Heaven. Vedas state that creation and dissolution of universe is a continuous cyclical process with no beginning and end.
– Quran states that God sends messengers from time to time. Vedas state that God is all-powerful and does not require any messenger to bring any new concepts.
– Quran believes in Paradise and Hell. Vedas state that accumulation of good deeds lead to salvation and bad deeds lead to rebirth in various species. There is no permanent place like Paradise where one gets virgins and boys, and no place where one keeps burning in Fire.
– Quran believes that if one accepts Quran, Muhammad and his doctrine, God will forgive his or her past sins. Vedas state that no act of souls goes without paying its result. By worship and pleading, one ensures that bad deeds are not repeated in future. Hence good results start accumulating. But there is never a deletion of past records.
– Quran allows 4 wives and innumerable concubines for general Muslims and even more for messenger. Vedas clearly proclaim merits of monogamy. (Why did God decide to suddenly increase the quota is beyond comprehension?)
– Quran allows meat-eating but Vedas call for mercy on all living beings (Again, why did God become so offended by poor animals is beyond me)

Muslims also regard Quran as book without any distortions. However there are certain sects of Islam who regard that the popularly available Quran is not the authentic one. Some even claim that some verses in Quran are actually verses of Devil, and not Allah. There are fierce debates within various sects over which are such verses. There is a story that Muhammad in his fit (he is supposed to have something like epileptic fits in which revelations would come to him) revealed some verses. Later he retracted stating that they were passed to him by Satan and not the angel Gabriel

Another confusion that comes over infallibility of Quran is the fact that it was written not by Prophet Muhammad who received the revelations, as per Muslim belief, but by his followers after his death. They are said to have memorized the Ayats or verses of Quran as and when they were brought on in Prophet Muhammad by Allah through his agent Gabriel.
Now since it was Muhammad who was the messenger of God with special talents, and not his followers, there is question mark over authenticity of the first Quran itself that became publicly available. This doubt is further enhanced if we consider the fact that immediately after Prophet’s death there was bitter infighting among his followers leading to murder of several of its leaders and the celebrated split of Shia and Sunni. Every Moharram is a tragic witness to this brutal enmity.

Most of the ayats were revealed when Muhammad was alone with Aisha, supposedly her child-wife whom he had married when she was 6 years old. Now many sects claim that Aisha had actually planned the murder of Muhammad. It is a historical fact that Aisha fought for blood of other followers of Muhammad after his death. So how authentic can be claims of Aisha is a question mark.
Hadiths, which are books explaining Quranic verses and detail other events and sayings of Muhammad, are mostly composed from Aisha’s evidence. All the contemporary Muslim practices find their source in these Hadiths. Many of these Hadiths are source of huge controversy. Still they are considered necessary to understand Quran.

The story that is popular about origin of Quran is that Prophet Muhammad went to a certain mountain cave when verses of Quran were revealed to him through an angel called Gabriel. The festival of Ramadan is celebrated to mark this period of Prophet’s stay in the cave. However, while this was inception of the Quran, most of the ayats (verses) were revealed from time to time throughout the life of Prophet.
The Tafseers are explanations to Quran which get into more detail on how and when a particular ayat was revealed. For example, in Arab there was an evil custom of people considering their adopted sons to be equivalent to their own sons. Muhammad wanted to put a stop to this evil custom. So Ayats were revealed to Prophet by Allah which made him marry his adopted-daughter-in-law after having her divorced from his adopted-son.
Tafseer-e-Jalayan narrates another event when Prophet had visited her wife Hafsa. She was not in home that time. So Muhammad started having sex with his slave-girl Maria on Hafsa’s bad. Hafsa was hurt when she witnessed this. Then an ayat was revealed stating that it is Allah who has legitimized the slave-girl for Prophet and he has no rights to go against wishes of Allah.
These raise questions that was God a home-agent of Muhammad so as to reveal the Quran during such embarrassing private affairs of his?
This is how, from time to time, ayats were revealed which were later compiled by Prophet’s companions after his death.
11. Recently a lot of myth is being propagated that claims that Quran contains miraculous descriptions of scientific phenomena. You would find many a barely-literate Quranic scientists trying to convince the world about science in Quranic verses. Zakir Naik has also written a book on this.
But all that these attempts do is to make big mockery of Quran and purpose of Muhammad. For example, there is a verse which says that sky is vast. Now Zakir Naik changed word ‘vast’ with ‘expanding’ and claims that Quran predicts expanding universe!
The attempts to prove science in Quran is supposed to be as old as Quran itself. And as new discoveries came up, the descriptions changed. In fact earth was flat for centuries till modern discovery proved it to be round. Now suddenly new translations of Quran claim earth is round.
Similarly, till seventies Saudi Arab funded research to prove that sun moves around the earth as indicated in Quran. And now Zakir Naik has changed his stand.

Most experts of Islam would suggest translations of Yusuf Ali and Pickthall to understand Quran. They refer to Tafseer-Ibn-Khatir. None of these prove any science in Quran. However certain verses are smartly inserted and changed to prove new science in Quran. Ask them to provide exact meaning as in these translations, and they would tour mum. Several stories of funding these researches through petrodollars have been exposed since long. A basic google search would reveal many such examples.
And you would find many a intermediate-educated scientists of Zakir Naik School of Islamic Sciences arguing vociferously on these scientific topics in spirit of Nobel Prize winners!

To counter the allegations that the Quran existing today is unlikely to be authentic, or to prove that Quran is final word of Allah, Islamic scientists provide a simple test. They challenge anyone to produce even one verse like that in Quran. Since that is impossible, hence Quran is final authentic word of Allah.
I never heard of anything more hilarious than that!
It is as if I claim that Satyagni is the final authentic messenger of Allah. And if you deny, then I challenge you to produce even one person like me – who has same face, voice and physique!
In their fanatic zeal, they forget that this challenge is valid for almost every creation of human and God. All books, all songs, all dramas, all cricket matches, all football matches, all elections, all bus queues, all terrorist attacks can be subject of such a challenge exactly like Quran.
Once, Pandit Mahendra Pal Arya was issued a similar challenge. He uttered several verses in Arabic and asked the crowd to tell which of them belong to Quran and which do not. They agreed that all belong to Quran. But none were from Quran. He had simply created few verses in Arabic!
Recently, a new Quran has been created in America and no one has been able to counter their claim that they have met the challenge of reproducing another Quran. It is called Al-Furqan which is another name for Quran.
Facts about the Vedas:
1.
The Holy Text of Hinduism (Sanatan Dharma) are the Vedas. Vedas are acknowledged as the oldest texts by researchers world over. The Hindu belief is that Vedas were revealed by formless God during inception of human civilization.
2.
Vedas remain unchanged since then. And its quite a wonder that has amazed scholars across the world, that Vedas are still available in the same pristine form even today. This was made possible through a mathematical system of Patha Vidhi where various permutations of mantra recitations were memorized. Such sophisticated is the accuracy of these various permutations, that not even a syllable of Vedas has altered ever. Gurukuls mastering each of these Patha Vidhi exist till date. Any discrepancy can be easily cross-checked with a different permutation of Patha. Max Muller termed it as greatest miracle of human civilization.
Many skeptics do try to prove that Vedas have been written at various points in time or that Vedas as available are not authentic. But they fail to provide any credible reason to claim so. At best, there logic is that no text can remain unchanged so long, or that different parts of Vedas have different kind of language hence they must belong to different era. They conveniently forget that different parts of Vedas explain different concepts and hence have different language. Even same author uses different language for different contents – articles, stories, poems, reports, mails etc.

Now in sync with the unchangeability of Vedas, Hindu belief is that knowledge of God never changes because knowledge of God is also perfect if God is perfect. A cursory glance over Vedas would reveal what this means. What we find is that Vedas do not contain ritualistic or geography specific instructions or guidelines. Instead they contain more fundamental concepts that remain true – like laws of nature – in all circumstances, time periods and geographies.

Unfortunately, even many Hindus try to relate Vedas with geography in past and the names in Vedas with persons in past. However there is no reason for this. In fact, language originated from Vedas and hence also names of people and places.

To a neutral person, Vedas would appear more like a book of physics or self-help concepts whose contents are universal applicability. That is why Vedas are supposed to contain seeds of all forms of knowledge. However specific details and applications are left to be worked out by human beings, because that would change from time to time and geography to geography.

Vedas have a very simple language. But problems come in interpretation because of following:
– like any book of science, they demand a scientific spirit
– since they discuss most fundamental concepts, they demand a minimum control over mind and its tendencies
– since language originated from Vedas, interpretation of mantras through later day usages of words is a stupid exercise. This ploy has been used by western indologists to denigrate Vedas and now promoted by those who have their own agenda. For example, word Vishwamitra in Vedas refer to a person who considers entire world as his friend, and not to a person born during Ramayan.
– same mantra of Vedas can have different meanings and hence they require sincere introspection

There are 4 Vedas – Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva comprising around 20,000 mantras. Rigveda deals mainly with concepts and knowledge. Yajurveda deals more with duties of humans, Sama focuses on devotion and Atharva provides applications of the previous three aspects. There are many mantras which repeat in various Vedas. This is not a flaw, but essential to convey different meanings in different contexts.

Apart from Vedas, there are Upavedas, Upangas, Darshans, Brahmans and Aranyaks among the ancient Vedic literature. Then we also have Upanishads and Smriti. But all declare that Vedas are the divine revelations and rest are creations of noble sages to explain various aspects of Vedas. Applicability of these may change from time to time, but Vedas remain unchanged.

Thus Vedas leave no scope for any messenger to come ever to bring new discoveries of God’s knowledge. Its a different matter that noble people do take birth from time to time to set right examples and explain the Vedic knowledge better. These include all the sages, role models and even our freedom fighters. But none can equal God or claim special status of a messenger. Each soul has the capability to rise to that level through efforts.
10.
Vedas clearly lay the purpose of this life to get rid of sorrow through removal of ignorance. The ultimate state of no-sorrow is called Moksha. This is not a state of deep sleep as many propagate. On contrary, it is a state of ultimate awareness. This has to be achieved through right knowledge, right actions and right devotion. There are no shortcuts to this and there is no concept of escapism in Vedas.

Scholars claim that all sciences originate from Vedas. However unlike in case of Quran, this is not based on mere word-play to fit in new discoveries. The advancement of ancient India in science and technology is a well-established fact. Swami Dayanand Saraswati in his book “Introduction to Vedas” and translations of Vedas described mechanism of building an airplane. He died in 1883 and the first plane was built in 1904. In seventies, IISc while condemning an ancient text on aeroscience as fake admitted that the plane as explained by Dayanand is a working model. The claim of Vedas for being revelations come from following:
– They being available from inception of civilization. No one has been able to date them
– They are resistant to any kind of change, even in a syllable
– They contain description of all kinds of knowledge
– They are sufficiently open-ended to live scope for applications as per time and situation and do not contain specific sets of injunctions that are time-bound
– All ancient texts accept the supremacy of Vedas
– Certain puzzles remain unresolved if we assume that knowledge did not exist from inception. These include origin of language, old languages being more complex and new ones being simpler, commonality in several basic practices across remote parts of the world – respect for parents, avoidance of incest, language, rituals, and in fact origin of several tools used around the world etc.
13. Many contemporary practices commonly associated with Hinduism are not derived from Vedas. They are more of social practices that have evolved over time and are not subject-matter of Vedas. Some are in fact against the Vedas because masses are unaware of Vedas today. However, since Vedas call for peaceful coexistence and prohibit brute-force methods to force otherwise good people to behave or believe in a specific way, there is no concept of non-believer or Kafir and their thrashing. And hence its an essential feature of Vedic society that peaceful people are provided full liberty to explore the truth in the way the want. The only situation where brute-force approach is advocated is when certain people act like criminals or fanatics.
If I were to translate this to present day application, in Vedic society, all the different sects and religions would be allowed to live in peace and harmony and explore truth, but the likes of Osama Bin Laden and those who support Osama Bin Laden would be dealt with in a brute force manner.
I provided a very brief overview of modern Quran and Vedas in this post for ready reference. In subsequent posts, we shall dwell deeper into various aspects of Vedas so that no detractor can use Al-Taqiah to confuse us. (google to know what Taqiah means)

Neither the Quran nor any other book was sent down by Allah to Muhammad and his Arabs. The freethinkers among the Pagan Meccans challenged Muhammad's claims to Prophethood[See Quran (verses 17:90-93)]
They said to Muhammad : "We shall not believe in thee, until thou cause a spring to gush forth for us from the earth, "Or (until) thou have a garden of date trees and vines, and cause rivers to gush forth in their midst, carrying abundant water; "Or thou cause the sky to fall in pieces, as thou sayest (will happen), against us; or thou bring God and the angels before (us) face to face: "Or thou have a house adorned with gold, or thou mount a ladder right into the skies. No, we shall not even believe in thy mounting until thou send down to us a book that we could read."
Thus, Meccans asked Muhammad, among other things, to mount a ladder to the skies and send down a book which they could read. The pathetic response of Allah(i.e.Muhammad) was " Say: "Glory to my Lord! Am I aught but a man,- an apostle?""
Thus, Quran itself proves that God did not send down any book to Muhammad.

the bigger question to ask is that what does the muslim god to poor muslims who can’t speak at all ?? is there any hope for them in Islam or they should be dumb in arabic ?

The job of the prophet is simplly to convey the message. God choses what signs comes down. Plus the Quran says many prophets were given signs like Moses and Jesus but people did not believe.

It is indeed a rational admission that the hadiths are sectarian and vision of Islam through Hadiths is not exactly peace. I believe that if truth-seeking Muslims move forth in this direction, they would be able to counter those who want to spread violence and subjugation of non-believers/ women in name of Islam. Islam does mean 'submission' or 'peace'. But this is the greatest irony that almost all initial leaders of Islam were murdered by fellowmen!
All the Vedic rishis created smruti without declining the shruti. All other smrutis could be interpreted in context to the original shruti of Vedas. Qur'an is a new shruti from demon Bali – it can never come to peace with Vedic Shruti and none of its smrutis.

He claimed it to be correction of all previous smrutis and the last and final word, no-one should correct it. Read life of mahamada and demon tripurasura. Read Raktbeej and see why they offer every drop of blood to almighty. Read the life of demons and look what mahamada's followers are praying for after their demonic life (which would be exactly opposite to original shruti of vedas). The smrutis have degraded as people stopped interpreting them in-line with original shruti, even the smruti of Mahrishi Bramma(abrahm). But Qur'an is none of Divine but a mixture of his demonic intentions into smrutis.

I don't know how many of Hindu's will read VEDAS. 9 out of 10 people never ever seen the cover page of that book at all. It is also believed that VEDAS Are to be read by Brahmins, and should be listened by KSHATRIYAS and VAISHYAS. KSHUDRAS are not allowed to listen it even.
now a days even BRAHMINS are also not reading the VEDAS. They forgot actual concept of creator and they started praying the idols.
I recommand every Hindu to read their Holy scriptures and stop claiming every baba a god. Its good for all.

Brother, Vedas are for everybody regardless whether they are brahmins or shudras. Shudra means an illiterate so that is why Shudras cant read Vedas. But one day when they gain knowledge and education, they are more than welcome to read Vedas and become Brahmins. As regards why Sanskrit is not spoken – do you understand that there are many languages in India? Additionally, it is an ancient language. Many people are getting interested in Sanskrit these days. You can look here, for instance.
In any case, why should all of us speak Sanskrit? If we wanted that, we may have embarked on invasions into Iran/Iraq/Saudi Arabia, etc. and killed and converted all non-Hindus, abolished Arabic language, burnt Persian libraries and forced people to bow down towards Mount Kailash five times a day while saying – “Har Har Mahadev”. Few things prohibited to eat with Quran. Adoption prohibited from Quran. Marriages between same family are prohibited from Quran. Divorce laws has been changed from Quran. Namaz (Prayer) had been mandatory 5 times a day. Stopping one from commiting sin is enforced from quran. these are the few I mentioning.

Bible, Torah and Quran all came after Vedas. None of these 3 scriptures stand the test of scientific enquiry. Torah is not even available. Bible also has same problem. So for them there is nothing beyond Bible, Torah and Quran.
But in reality, Eastern religions were followed by more people during Muhammad's time and are much older to these tribal books. And entire Eastern philosophy is based on this core concept of Law of Karma/ Rebirth derived from Vedas. So Buddhism, Jainism, Vedism and all its variants are based on this core philosophy.

Idolatry means 2 things. Number one, considering the idol to be GOD and worshipping it. This was done early arabs and ancient Egyptians.
Number 2, idolatry also means using a physical monument to concentrate upon or face direction. This category brings both hindus and muslims.

Muslims DO NOT concentrate on The Kaaba or any thing else while praying. They only try to feel that they are communicating with the unseen Almighty Allah SWT (whom you choose to call Eshwar). If they cant feel this, they are ordered to think that “At least their Creator is looking at them”. The Kaaba is only for the pupose of unity in direction. As they are asked to be united by The Creator of all. Do you know that the prince & the pauper have to stand side by side, shoulder to shoulder while they are praying in congregation. What does this signify- No disparity in front of The Creator. Tell me does your Vedic Dharma allow this. Except Brahmans no one can touch your deity or perform Pooja in the temple.
I have seen in Prominent temple like Tirupati-Tirumala, you are allowed to get Darshan of your bhagwan earlier if you buy a ticket of higher value. In this case the people who have come before you and waiting for a longer time have lesser value in front of your bhagwan. Does your bhagwan side with the rich and look down upon the less fortunate?

Nope, God wont' forgive one's sins if he/she accepts Quran, and Mohammed as His Prophet. but God will forgive one's sins if he/she lead his/her life in the way of Allah as shown by Prophet Mohammed. Even then Heaven is not guaranteed. Heaven is presented only if God satisfies with his/her deeds.

Brother, its not noble deeds which guide one to Islam. Quran [2:7] says that one is Kafir because Allah has sealed his heart and veiled his eyes so that no light can enter him! Its just a game of seal and veil, one without these is a Muslim and rest are meant for filling the hell.

Prophet Muhammed's first marriage was at the age of 25 with Kathija. At the age of 50 (Prophet's age), prophet's wife had passed away. Till then he didn't marry any other. He did marry many other (10 or 9 more), but among those other than Ayesha every one are widows. He married those ladies whose husband's has died in the cause of Allah.
Few say Prophet Muhammed married Ayesha at the age of 9. Well Many of Andhra Pradesh peoples Grand Parents married in the small age of 9. It is about 100 Years back things got changed in AP, so many reformers has opposed child marriages then started this Minor and Major concept.

Qoran is totally Authenticated. Its original copy still exist. After the Qoran Revelation has been completed, Prophet Mohammed confirmed it (made sure) with Angle Gabriel twice before he dies. He then made the companions to by heart the Qoran. THey used to write the Qoran on the Flesh of Camel, and on Leather (Paper wasn't discovered or invented till then). He made sure all the written copies before he dies.
right after his death the third Caliphate USMAN came across the Paper invention from China, and he then got the Paper from China and printed six base copies and distributed to different nations. Those six copies still exist in the respective nations. (I'll list them out if you want they are on top of my head).
Remember, Arabi literature hasn't had any Grammar just like URDU ( you can ask any one Urdu never had Grammar to its literature till date). But Indian muslims read urdu without grammar, same way Arabians used to read it. The same applies to the story of Krishna having over 16,000 wives and jeered at by Zakir dumber for being promiscous. Even if he had 1 child by 1 wife, he would have had at least 16,000 children!!!
Here is story behind his 16000 wives:
When Jarasandha was killed he had 16000 women in his harem, whom he had snatched in different wars. When Krishna released them, their families/husbands refused to take them back as they had become sinners by living with a demon.,Those hapless women decided to commit suicide. Then Shri Krishna declared all of them as his wives so that they live a respectable life and no one could mock at them as they were wives of Krishna.
Even this story is wrong, even as per Purans. Krishna simply rescued them. He never married them. Since he was their rescuer, he was called 'Pati' which means one who protects. This is a generic term used even for king, god or any protector. There is no mention of any marriage ceremony or these being his wives.
Krishna married only Rukmini and all other stories are figments of imagination.

Why no Quran translation till late 20th century could speak of round earth, revolving earth, sunrise, sunset etc. Why no tafseer or hadith mentions it. Why all science came in quran only after advent of Zakir Naik or few years before him. Is he final prophet or reincarnation of Jesus?

Dashrath is not a role model of Vedas. The stories of Krishna having two wives is false and without any basis. You are giving examples from Purans which are themselves much distorted and not to be considered authentic. Kindly provide evidence from vedas. People may have married multiple times, but that does not mean vedas justify that. For example, Quran forbids more than 4 wives, but many Muslims have innumerable wives. Well if Muhammad worked as per last divine orders of Allah, was Allah a fool to have given special instructions to marry 6 year old girl and have sex at age of 9? Hadiths are clear that he had sex with Aisha when she was 9. The question of a minor complaining does not even arise. If today one marries a 6 year old baby on pretext that she is not complaining, is that right? why should it be right then?
Vedas are clear – a girl should be married only after she has reached full maturity (not only sexual maturity) and has completed her education. So child marriage is a loathsome practice as per Vedas, regardless of it being practiced by Hindu or Muslim.

Its a good question by Gary! There's no doubt that Qur'aan is a perfect Guidance. Problem is with us, the believers. Qur'aan wants us to have interest free economy. If we do that, there wouldn't be any economic problems. Qur'aan demands us to ensure segregation of the sexes, but we dont do that. Qur'aan asks us to choose the most honest person among us to the leader but we have the most corrupt people sitting on our heads as its a feudal society. I'm sure these days have been counted and soon the society based on Qur'aanic principles will be a reality.

Difference between Vedic Dharm and Islam is that Vedic Dharm does not throw anyone in eternal hellfire just because one could not understand the truth in his limited life time. However on contrary, Islam sends every non believer to hell forever. These Ghazi bastards like Babur, Gauri, and Taimur came to India with the agenda of spreading Islam. Not even a single Moulvi has said that these Ghazis were anti Islamic, in fact they fight for the so called mosque which was built in the name of one of such bastards Babur.

Now coming to the discussion, though I disagree with you about the rulers you have mentioned, I’m not going to discuss that here. Let me talk about other points you have mentioned.
First, you mentioned that Islamic dharma puts all the non believers in hell fire whereas Vedic dharma doesn’t do this.
Actually in Bhagwadgeeta itself it was told that those who follow false god will enter into eternal darkness. This is only for your information.

Next, according to Islam denying The Creator and associating partners to Him are the two ultimate sins above all other major sins. Why is it so? For this, we need to look at the purpose of creation of man. Sometime back I have read in The Geeta that reaching the feet of God by worshipping Him is the secret of the creation of man (rough translation). Holy Quran also tells similarly that the purpose of the creation of mankind is nothing but to worship The One & Only God Almighty (rough translation).
If you look at both, the ultimate purpose of the creation of man is to worship his Creator. Now, what is worship? Worship not just praying. More than that, it is ‘recognizing The Creator as our Creator’. So, when recognizing our Creator is the ultimate purpose of the creation of man, then violating this rule could be the ultimate sin above all major sins. God Almighty will not send anyone to hell-fire unjustly.
He sent man to this world as a test. He first hid Himself from the eyes of man in this world. Then He spread all His signs over the universe. He blessed man with sixth sense and put a responsibility on him to learn & identify the truth (that’s why birds and animals will not go to hell). On top of all He also sent His messengers to every human race as warners. After giving all these privileges, God Almighty still waits until man becomes mature enough to differentiate between right and wrong. Only after that, when the man denies the truth, he becomes accountable. A child or mentally immature person WHOEVER HE / SHE MAYBE, after death will go to heaven, NOT TO HELL.
Next, my friend, you said that one can not understand the truth within his limited life time. Let me ask you this? What do you mean by limited time? You mean you need 100 or 500 or 1000 years to know the truth and decide to believe. My friend, a person who wants to accept the truth will do so once he knows that. A person who wants to deny the truth will not accept it no matter how much ever long he lives. Let me take your example. If suppose I ask you accept Islam will you do so? I think not. This is because now you have grown up & are mature enough to make your own choice. So now you become accountable for what you are doing? Still do you think you have limited time to make a decision?
There is no compulsion in religion. If Islam is the true way of life and a person (who is grown up to make his own decision) dies as a non-believer then he has to pay for it. If Islam is not true (God forbid) then he has no need to worry about that.
I’m concluding with a humble request that please don’t be emotional or biased. Please search the truth with sincere fear of God Almighty as we all have to return to him.

Again, Comparison of VEDAS with others will be believed, not the Geeta. In VEDAS, Eshwar, soul and the matter are three entities which were never created not destroyed. These three remain forever. Eshwar wants every soul to achieve the ultimate happiness (the Mukti) with soul’s good deeds. For the good performance of the soul, god created all the creatures (including humans) using the third entity matter. Eshwar acts like a mother who wants to feed and keep her child (Soul) happy after providing food (the matter). The creator (Eshwar) made us not for worshiping or praising him. There is a perfect system and a specific goal of the system made by the creator.
You said that Allah sent a man to test, then he sent the messengers, messengers were also men, who tested them before sending to this world? if Allah sends them without testing then he is biased to the messengers and not to a test man. In this case, no proper justice will be done to all souls.
According to the VEDAS, the time a soul has to spend in the Mukti (the ultimate happiness) is equal to 36000 times of the creation of the Srishti and destruction of the Shrishti (the Pralay). In this respect, the lifetime, a man live is very very small. That is the meaning of the limited life time. So within this limited time span, the soul can not experience everything.

His Avatars are considered as envoys who appear from time to time to set and example and restore Dharma (the right path or rectitude) on earth. It is believed that all living beings are alive due to Atma(soul or individual consciousness) which carries essence of God.
-Islam defines Allah(swt) as invisible, all knowing and extremely merciful to his followers. Islam defines Allah(swt) to be worshiped in invisible form only, rejects concept of incarnation and strictly prohibits worship of Idols of any god. Further, Islam establishes Allah(swt) to be separate from humans who are considered to be filthy and low creatures.
****However few renowned scholars of Islam like Dr. Zakir Naik consider Allah(swt) to be the same god as god of Vedas and believe that Hindus should worship Allah(swt) only as god.
Purpose of Life:-
-Hinduism considers union(yoga) of individual consciousness(Atma) to divine consciousness(Parmatma or God) as purpose of life. This is called enlightenment. This is attained by performance of austerities, meditation, surrender of your ego to God and right Karma(thoughts,speech,deeds)… Concept of Heavens is present but it is considered transient – (Bhagwad Gita IX) 20. The Knowers of the triple Veda, who drink the soma-wine, purify themselves from sin, worshipping Me with sacrifice, pray of Me the way to heaven: they ascending to the heavenly worlds by their righteousness enjoy in paradise the divine feasts of the gods. 21. They, having enjoyed heavenly worlds of larger felicities, the reward of their good deeds exhausted, return to mortal existence. Resorting to the virtues enjoined by the three Vedas, seeking the satisfaction of desire, they follow the cycle of birth and death.
-Islam declares heaven as eternal life with heavenly pleasures. Human life is considered as test to attain life of eternal pleasures in Heaven. However, due to sinful nature of humans, majority of them go to Hell. However, followers of Muhammad(saw) are guaranteed a place in Heaven.

Namaste Rajibji, Let me tell you VED is not a religion, it is the true knowledge that has been given by Eshwar. Each soul (belong to Hindu, Muslim, Christ, etc.) has to follow for his/her HAPPINESS forever. VED is beyond the religions, first make this clear in your mind and then argue.
I heard and read about Quran, I found there are good points and bad points to be followed. The good points to be followed in Quran are already existing in the VED which is the Oldest amongst Quran, Bible and others. Then why should I follow Quran ? If you go to the market for purchasing potatoes. Two sellers are standing there: one with good and bad quality of potatoes and the other with only good/fresh quality of potatoes. Which one will you chose? I don’t want to chose the first seller so that I will go ill because of eating bad potatoes.
So till date I found the VED perfect and I am trying to follow it. If you are able to show/demonstrate more good things in Quran, list them here, Then I will compare them with VED, if I don’t find them in VED, then definitely I will try to think on following your suggestions.
Have you ever read VED or its part ? if no, then based on only Quran reading you can not argue here. Because, the arya people who reply you have read lot about VED and Quran. Then they say the truth. Think on this before putting your comments here again.

Ganesha appears in Mahayana Buddhism, not only in the form of the Buddhist god Vināyaka, but also as a Hindu demon form with the same name.[200] His image appears in Buddhist sculptures during the late Gupta period. As the Buddhist god Vināyaka, he is often shown dancing. This form, called Nṛtta Ganapati, was popular in northern India, later adopted in Nepal, and then in Tibet.In Nepal, the Hindu form of Ganesha, known as Heramba, is very popular; he has five heads and rides a lion.Tibetan representations of Ganesha show ambivalent views of him.[204] A Tibetan rendering of Ganapati is tshogs bdag. In one Tibetan form, he is shown being trodden under foot by Mahākāla, a popular Tibetan deity.Other depictions show him as the Destroyer of Obstacles, sometimes dancing.Ganesha appears in China and Japan in forms that show distinct regional character. In northern China, the earliest known stone statue of Ganesha carries an inscription dated to 531.In Japan, the Ganesha cult was first mentioned in 806.
The canonical literature of Jainism does not mention the worship of Ganesha.However, Ganesha is worshipped by most Jains, for whom he appears to have taken over certain functions of Kubera. Jain connections with the trading community support the idea that Jainism took up Ganesha worship as a result of commercial connections.[212] The earliest known Jain Ganesha statue dates to about the 9th century. A 15th century Jain text lists procedures for the installation of Ganapati images.Images of Ganesha appear in the Jain temples of Rajasthan and Gujarat.
In spite of her seemingly terrible form, Kali Ma is often considered the kindest and most loving of all the Hindu goddesses, as she is regarded by her devotees as the Mother of the whole Universe. And, because of her terrible form she is also often seen as a great protector. When the Bengali saint Ramakrishna once asked a devotee why one would prefer to worship Mother over him, this devotee rhetorically replied, “Maharaj, when they are in trouble your devotees come running to you. But, where do you run when you are in trouble?
According to Ramakrishna, darkness is the Ultimate Mother, or Kali:
My Mother is the principle of consciousness. She is Akhanda Satchidananda; indivisible Reality, Awareness, and Bliss. The night sky between the stars is perfectly black. The waters of the ocean depths are the same; The infinite is always mysteriously dark. This inebriating darkness is my beloved Kali.
In Hinduism, Durga meaning “the inaccessible”or Maa Durga “one who can redeem in situations of utmost distress”.Durga is a form of Devi, the supremely radiant goddess, depicted as having ten arms, riding a lion or a tiger, carrying weapons and a lotus flower, maintaining a meditative smile, and practicing mudras, or symbolic hand gestures.
An embodiment of creative feminine force (Shakti), Durga exists in a state of svātantrya (independence from the universe and anything/anybody else, i.e., self-sufficiency) and fierce compassion. Kali is considered by Hindus to be an aspect of Durga. Durga is also the mother of Ganesha and Kartikeya.She is thus considered the fiercer, demon-fighting form of Shiva’s wife, goddess Parvati. Durga manifests fearlessness and patience, and never loses her sense of humor, even during spiritual battles of epic proportion.
In Hinduism Sarasvati is the goddess of knowledge, music and the arts. She is the consort of Brahma. Saraswati is considered to be the “mother of the Vedas”
The name Saraswati came from “saras” (meaning “flow”) and “wati” (meaning “a woman”). So, Saraswati is symbol of knowledge; its flow (or growth) is like a river and knowledge is supremely alluring, like a beautiful women.
Saraswati is known as a guardian deity in Buddhism who upholds the teachings of Gautama Buddha by offering protection and assistance to practitioners. She is known in Burmese as Thurathadi pronounced or or Tipitaka Medaw pronouncedChinese as Biàncáitiān , in Thai as Surasawadee and in Japanese as Benzaiten .
